    Day 1:
Today was a horrible workout .. not a good way to start things off. For a while now I've had this problem with my lower back. It happens when I run, deadlift, squat, etc. It gets competely tight and sort of just cramps up to the point i can barely walk. I'm going to cut back on deadlifts to once every 2 back days to see if it cuts down on it.

Workout today was bad, but here it is:

    Squats (way below parallel)
    135x10
    205x6
    250x4
    250x4
    250x4

    One leg squats
    40lb DBs x 6 (both legs)
    40lb DBs x 6 (both legs)

...back was absolutely killing me at this point.

Leg press (I'm not sure how much each weight is on this machine)
    150x8
    170x6
    170x6

    Standing Calf Raise
    150x7
    150x7

    Hamstring curls
    80x6
    100x6

Today was the first day I actually felt extra energy in the gym. I can't be sure if it's the JW or the loads of extra food I've been eating. I'd say it's probably a combination but I definitely felt good and strong in todays workout.

As far as other sides though, I haven't really noticed TOOO much. I'll do a weekly summary after day 7.

within 1 hr. I know it should be in the AM, but the only scale I have access to is at the gym. I weigh myself before lifting every time i'm there. I also try to eat the same foods around the same time before the gym every day.

I understand that there will be fluctuations due to that, but it's all I have to work with right now.

Are you taking the cissus because you've heard of sore joints from JW? Or are you taking it for an old injury?

I'm considering a similar stack and will be following your log. Good luck!

I took cissus a while ago when USPLabs first came out with CissusRX to get rid of some tendonitis I got while throwing football, etc.

It helped me out a ton with that pain.

And since I recently injured my shoulder while playing football (tendonitis bursitis, and minor rotator cuff tear) My shoulder had been starting to bother me so I ordered some bulk cissus to see if it would help with the problem. So far so good...I love the stuff.

    1 Week Summary:

Well I've been taking my Jungle Warfare for a week now and things have been good. My weight is up 4lbs which is obviously not all attributable to JW, and it's obviously not all LBM either. But I'm happy with the product so far.

    Sides:
I haven't really noticed too much. I get vascular randomly throughout the day, but nothing notable really. I have an overall good feeling and lots of energy on this product. Sleep has been good and dreams are strange. A lot of people say they get a lot of anger from JW, and I'm starting to notice some of it I think. It's not out of control. It's just things that would normally bother or annoy me piss me off to a higher degree.

Overall I'm satisfied after week 1. But I'm not expecting much from the product after only a week.
