    Alright guys, this is going to be a little journal maintained by moi regarding my experiences with a bottle of USP Labs Anabolic Pump, possibly two bottles if I feel it is going well.

    A bit about me, just starting to get back in the gym seriously the past few weeks after about two months off from being depressed from breaking up with my girlfriend.

    Sitting 5'10" - 250lbs gonna say 18% bf, pretty big kid, but I want to get bigger, my goal here is to add strength and size. Before my breakup and two months off I was sitting at 262lbs at the end of a NHA stack, then I fell down to 240lbs, at which point I started eating proper and lifting again and am back to the 250lbs. Strength as you would imagine rose and fell with my weight.


    Here are the first two entries:


    3/24 ****************************** *****


    The FedEx guy delivered my AP around noon, so while I missed the morning dose I took a dose 15min before having a whole wheat bagel and a whey shake with creatine.

    Deadlifts
    12, 12, 1, 1, 1, 1, 10 << starting at 135 and going to 495

    DB Rows
    4 x 10 reps 110lbs dumbell (high as this gym goes with dumbells, only temporary)

    BB shrugs
    12 reps going 135, 225, 275, 315

    DB shrugs
    2 x 20 110lbs (again, heaviest they had)

    Upright row for shoulders
    4 x 8 135lbs


    Notes: So since this was my first day with AP and only after once dose I did not notice much, later in the evening I was very hungry, even a bit more than normal perhaps


    3/25 ****************************** ***

    close grip BB press
    4 x 10 225lbs

    skull crushers
    4 x 12 EZ Curl bar + 45s on each side

    Single arm DB extension
    4 x 10 75lbs

    Cable & rope tricep pulldown
    4 x 12 150lbs (hehe max it goes)


    Notes: Deffinitely felt the AP today, been eating all day like a bear, and even before I stepped in the gym the skin in my arms was feeling very snug. Once I got lifting I immediately had an awesome pump going, and have a very odd sensation in my elbows like just where the muscle attaches there it was all pumped and thick, much more than normal, felt pretty damn good. I also want to add I have been having some gas order issues since I started dosing AP I would not say more gas than normal, but deffinately some stinky fumes that exceed that of your normal protein farts. I'm looking forward to how I will be feeling after taking this stuff for a week.

    University gym close earlier today so I had to workout at the appartment gym which is limited in equipment, so decided to go for volume.

    Seated Machine Preacher Curls
    6 x 10 reps @ 170lbs

    Cable curls with rope handle
    4 x 20 @ 150lbs

    Single arm preacher machine curls, emphasizing TUT
    2 x 8 @ 90lbs

    Note:
    So today I woke up with heavy DOMs in my triceps from yesterdays workout, which I was pretty happy about. I didn't get that great of sleep last night though, I don't know if it has anything to do with AP, or just coincidental, note that I workout late at night usually a few hours before bed so I took my post workout AP dose only a few hours from going to sleep. Too early to tell now though, I will keep you all posted. Aside from that my arms deffinately looked huge and pumped during my workout today, I think if I just can get my sleep on track I am eating a lot and lifting ballz to the wall I just have the feeling I am about to get some new strech marks in the coming month

    Today is a scheduled off day, so all I have done is go to work and eat, eat, eat. The muscles are deffinately looking full in the mirror, not only is the pump in the gym awesome, but I feel a very subtle pump just sitting around doing nothing, combine that with the DOMs from the last couple workouts and it just keeps motivating me to keep shoveling down the protein and feed these muscles. I'm pretty excited to weigh myself next Monday. Tomorrow I will have a chest workout update for you all, be sure to check back I am anticipating some good results.

    I also noticed increased hunger like you describe. You seem to like it very much. Keep up the log man!

    Sorry guys not chestwork / update today as I was in a minor car accident and spent all day filing police report and taking the car to the shop. Basically I was side swiped by a drunk illegal immigrant borrowing his uncle's car, and neither had insurance....

    He clips the side of my car, then smashes his into a lamppost, tries to drive away his car is toast, he takes off on foot, I run after him to go make a citizen's arrest but he evades me. A bystander calls the police, me and the first cop on the scene track him to a nearby grocery store where he is cornered and eventually surrenders. The damage to my car is mainly cosmetic, but it just ****ed my whole day up, I will resume my workouts tomorrow.

    Note that while I did not get a chance to lift or get all my meals in due to today''s unfortunate events, I did follow AP dosing protocol for an off day.

    jjohn thanks for chiming in, not to get off topic but since you are a MN rep I have been meaning to ask you what your supps of choice to stack with X-Factor would be, would AP be one of them?

    Well, of course I would recommend AP with X Factor. I am currently using NeoVar and love it. I will be stacking them in the near future. AP gave me insane pumps, as well as XF. If you choose to combine both, watch out for the pumps! They might be painfull. No joke! So what would I recommend to be stacked, in order:

    1) CEE. (neoVar)
    2) Halodrol liquigels (for the ones who are brave enough)
    3) AP
    4) Nettle/ActivAte/Mass FX (similar products IMO, so I decided to put them there)

    Of course, I am not saying to turn aroung and stack them all. lol. But these are the ones I consider would give the best results.

    Leg Curls

    4 x 10 reps 200lbs (highest this machine goes...)

    Seated Calf Raises

    4 x 15 reps with 6 45lbs plates on the apparatus
    * did these nice and slow my calves were so pumped I thought they were going to pop


    NOTE:

    So I'm actually in the middle of my spring break, and I decided to fly up to Norther california to visit my family for the rest of the week, so I am not at my normal gym. I'm working out @ a YMCA up here, so most of you will know what that means. I was unable to do squats for my leg workout because they do not have a squat rack of any sort. Despite that, I had a pump in my legs like you would not believe though, just full of blood and it was hard to walk around, really cool feeling I never had my legs feel so pumped before. Also my parents had steak for me for lunch and dinner, and I've had almost two gallons of nonfat milk today so I am deffinately not under eating up here. I'm very curious to weigh myself Monday. Everything I touch this week just feels a bit lighter than it did last week, good sign for sure

    Had just an awful day at the gym, and I do not have any explanation, everything just felt heavy, I was going to workout chest, and ended up just doing 4 sets of flyes and then heading home in frustration

    Notes: Just continuing to feel the pump from AP, it is good stuff, I don't really feel like I am getting fatter, and given the amount of meat & milk I have been consuming I'd say that is pretty impressive. In general strength continues to rise, and I feel pretty damn good, I've had one randomly bad day for causes unknown but aside from that I think I am continuing to grow. I have to say, after my back workout I had my usual protein shake & bagel.... but then I was HUNGRY, so I decided to go to this Japanese restraunt, Shogun. I tell you brothers the staff there seemed to be genuinely horrified as I ate my way through half their menu lol. I was half expecting one of them to shout "GODZILLAA LIVES!!!" and try to spear me with chopsticks. It was great though guys, wish you had been there, I had terriyaki chicken, like 18 pieces of assorted sushi, shrimp tempura, soup, salad, all that good sh!t.

    Anyways I've spent the rest of the day playing with my dogs and watching movies, grooow muscles grow!

    True story:

    I was eating at my favorite sushi spot and proceeded to injest all my Caps. The Oriental waitress got a glimpse of my assorted caps and said in her native accent "You have disease" and the sushi chef leans over the bar and screams "steroids."

    NOTES:

    So some nice strenght increases across the board here, I bumped it up 10-20lbs in some cases but went for a couple less reps. Generally felt pretty strong today, good workout. I also hopped on the scale! So let's see we started this log at 250lbs a week ago, and I am now 253lbs so that is an increase of 3lbs in a week and I think AP helps keep that as lean of gains as possible cause I am not looking fatter or bloated in the mirror. Obviously a bit is prolly muscle and the rest is water / glycogen, but I am just happy to be gaining and growing. I'll continue to keep lifting intensely and eating big this week to see what type of strength / mass gains we can yeild by next Monday. Comments, suggestions, questions always welcome!

    405lbs x 20 (just starting to do 20 rep squats again this was very difficult mainly because I could not catch my breath)

    1 x 8 reps 330lbs *up 10lbs and two reps from last week!

    4 x 10 reps 200lbs (gonna try one legged curls next week??)

    Standing Calf Raises

    4 x 20 reps 325lbs (max machine goes to is 300 then I attached a 25lbs plat to the side....)


    NOTES: So I've started doing 20 rep squats again and I think the main thing here is that I need to come up with a better breathing strategy for that many reps, after about 10 I felt like a fish out of water haha. Anyways other lifts were strong if you compare them to last week u will see I increased both the weight I was using and the reps, pretty damn good. The pump in my legs was still there, but not as crazy as last weeks, dunno why. Overall a good workout for me!

    So far I would say that while AP is clearly effective on its own I can only imagine how awesome it would be as a supporting sup to something like X-Factor, PowerFull, JungleWarefare, Epie , etc.

    Absolutely terrible workout, not because I was fatigued but because I had horrible joint pain from my elbows down. It was like right where my forearm and bi/tri connects there was a spot of intense pain, then like a line of pain running down my forearm into my wrists, it made curling anything very difficult... I still worked out but it was pretty bad.

    So my question is what to do, I guess this is probably pain from all the intense lifting lately and maybe just my joints trying to catch up to my muscles after coming out of a period of time off. I was thinking maybe Cissus, but seeing how it is semi anabolic and increases strength I think it could skew the results of this log. Advil inhibits protein synthesis though right so that is out?

    Ideas?

    On a side note I ran into a workout buddy I hadn't seen in a few months @ the gym and he thought I weighed like 280 when in reality I weigh a little over 250 so it's good to have people thinking I look huge in a good way ;-) I also got a comment from a female friend that my arms seemed leaner lately, which I personally do not really see yet but hey it was good to hear.

    Cissus would not affect the AP. I take them together, and have no problems at all. At a low dose, cissus is not very beneficial for muscle gain. I take 2 super cissus a day, and I don't think it would have any effect on your log at all.

    135lbs x 45 reps 1 set <<<< just d!cking around with my buddy for sh!ts and giggles

    NOTE:

    Alright I would say I am looking a bit bigger, I've had a few regulars at the gym comment that my calves and shoulders were looking bigger. I'll be curious to check my weight tomorrow. In general the lifts have been going up but seems like from my elbows down my joints are all reallly sore and do not seem to be getting better, I would not consider the above chestwork my best cause I was trying to work through the pain but I could tell it was hindering me, still I got an awesome pump in my chest and arms. Ordered some Cissus to take a low dosage for my connective tissues pains, but it will take a few days to get here so until then I will sallyforth best I can

    NOTE: Aweosme pump in my calves, I was kind of disappointed I only maintained my lifts for this week, and the upright shoulder rows were the only one I went up in...... I didn't sleep too well though kept waking up in the middle of the night so maybe that is why.

    Also I weighed myself.... and just barely 254lbs, so up one pound from last week, not bad, I was kind of hoping for 1.5 - 2 though because 1lbs / week is pretty avg. for me bulking. However, then I thought about it some more and I would say I actually look a tiny bit leaner, so maybe I lost a little bit of fat in addition to gaining that pound, which would be awesome, time will tell.

    NOTE: Still have pretty excruciating pain in my wrists / forearms, it is like a shin splint but in my forearm, it SUCKS. I believe this to be unrelated to AP of course, but it is a hinderance as I tried to work through it and block out the pain. Good pump as usual.

Looking in the mirror my arms and shoulders look bigger, and I don't seem to be getting any fatter so I am very pleased, I'll be curious for the weigh in on Monday. Highlight of the workout was increasing my squat by 20lbs but only missing two reps from last week!
