Hairylarry35's DCP log (and a few more goodies, too!)

Alright, AM.. here is my DCP log!! Let's start off by showing you the goods:

    Supps:
    DCP (obviously)
    T3 (pyramid tapering)
Clen rotated with venom HD (this may be tossed out if too intense)
    Sesaglow
    cAMPH
    Turkestone
ALR Industries Lipolytic Whey Protein (but I will need to buy a new kind due to my CKD)
    Nutraplanet's BCAAs

    I have access to
PowerFULL, Alphadrive, Phera-max, Berb, Retain, Hyperdrol, Bad Ass Mass, Cissus RX, and Anabolic Pump.

Depending on how I react (i've taken everything here on its own, but never all of them together) I will drop and add as I go. Input is welcome.

(I know, I could open up my own store, right? )

    Diet
This will be my second shot at a CKD (AP will probably not be used unless during refeeds). I had good results (supplement free and just dieting and exercising). At any rate, we'll see how this goes. I will try to keep an updated log on FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal .

    Exercise
    Cardio and LOTS of it!!!

Weight training will be done, but only to maintain as much muscle mass as possible. I really don't want to waste a ton of it, but I am planning a bulk after this cycle (with some test prop and tren

    What's to come?

Pictures! BF%! Measurements! And much, much more Stay tuned.

I was thinking about adrenal support as well. As for the clen and venom, I was going to use them in 2 week rotations as they both use different mechanisms and allow repair of receptors.

Measurements and pics were taken this morning but I was running a little late for work so you'll have to wait until tonight to see everything.

Day one of CKD has started. It has become painfully obvious that I need to go to the grocery store and buy some more proteins and healthy fats. Today's diet may suffer from lack of intake. Suggestions for foods are welcome (I forgot what I ate last time I did this )

I'll edit this post and toss everything in when i get home later.

    HL

EDIT: I'm still at work, but holy sh*t!!! I'm so thirsty!!! Body temp is definitely up and I've already had at least a gallon of water by 2:00 PM. Potassium might be a factor with this much being lost from rehydration.

    Looking forward to further reading.

Out of the supps your taking- which, if any are to help promote weight loss (besides DCP)?

and ALR Industries has an ingredient to promote weight loss too (OEA I think?)

T3, Clen, and Hyperdive are substances not to be taken lightly. I know if clen and T3 are used improperly, you could suffer some serious sides. I don't plan on going to a very high T3 dose and I will need to do a thyroid PCT. When on clen, I feel like a crack head, but drop weight like crazy.

Oh, and I will be adding lipoderm-RK soon as a beta tester

Again, I realize muscle will be burned on all of this, which is why diet needs to get in check ASAP. CKD will assist in sparing muscle and toasting fat, too.

If you want to take something like this on, you NEED to do your research on each supp and see how others experienced it in there logs. I can't wait until I look like this though :bb2:

    Stay tuned

Your bound to lose weight with that stack, my only question is how will you determine how DCP affects you?

Granted, the compounding affects will be different. Albeit, the thermogetic RK will be a definite factor for the way I feel it. I see your point, though. Dsade can dictate what needs to be dropped if he feels like it. Either way, exercise and diet will be the main contributors to the entire process.

Well, It's a good thing I'm setting the bar low! Poor diet and lack of consistant exercise will make you look like this:

    Name: 000_0159.jpg

Diet is getting under control (I'm dying without my carbs!) and exercise (weights and cardio) is starting to become habitual. Things are getting back on track as we speak. Next week pics will be posted too. From the water loss due to the CKD, you should see some results.

    Weight: 196.2
    BF: 13.6%

EDIT: Day 3 - still not in ketosis, yet. Close, but no cigar.

    DAY 4
Great chest and bis workout!! Just a little cramping from the clen. I think I'll go out and buy a potassium supp just to combat this. But, wow! I was energized!

    Day 5

I've lost a ton of water weight through cutting out carbs, but man! I can really start to see/feel this stuff working! Cramping is still a problem, but I;ve noticed my ALRI whey has some potassium in it, so hopefully, that will counter balance me out.

I can't wait for lipoderm RK to come out! This will make an amazing weight loss stack even better.

From what I have read, ramping down allows for your body to begin getting used to lowered doses and then forces the thyroid back into action as it starts to regulate. If you have any other info that you believe I should be enlightened about, please PM me about it.

Actually, not badly at all. They are only slight, but I feel if I didn't hydrate and supplement properly, you could face some severe crampage.

Few! I think that's all of them!!! More updates tonight!

    Day 8

I'll have pics up by Sunday, but I went in and got some numbers today...

    191.2 lbs (-5.0)
    12.2% bf (-1.4%)

First of all, most of this is water weight from cutting out carbs. I'm thinking of skipping my first refeed, but man... I'm craving some carbs like no other!! And to top it off, my girl is coming down to visit me and of course she'll want to go out to eat. Hopefully, to a place I can still keep my diet in check.

I've recently been experimenting with dosages as high as 6 caps before a VERY high fat meal. Let's just say that, while I gained absolutely ZERO fat, the aroma and consistency of what came out of one of my orifices was disturbing.

    Day 9

Still feeling great! I'm switching over to venom to give my beta's a rest. Oh, and since my girl is here, I'm eating a bit off my diet, so I'll count this towards a refeed. Water weight will jump back on, but on Saturday, I'll hit the CKD hard again.

One of the good effects I'm noticing more and more are increased endurance effects (namely in cardio, not so much weights or resistance training in general). I need to get some more DCP, though. I love this stuff!

    Day 11 (late night)

My body does not switch back to ketosis easily. Ketosticks still show I am putting out a small amount of ketones, but nothing large. I think I will skip my next refeed, or at least extend it by a few extra days.

DCP is rocking my world! I'm definitely ordering some more. Pics will be up tomorrow. The only bad news is that I am running out of cAMP. I have about a day and a half left. Oh, well.

By the way, I'm thinking of switching to a 40/40/20 and adding anabolic pump if ketosis isn't induced shortly.

Dsade, are you going to sell any shares of RPN stock? Because, I would like to buy some, please

Me too! I've got my pics taken (I was going to put them up last night, but the wireless was on the fritz), but I think you guys will be impressed with the progress I've made.

I can't wait to throw in some Lipoderm-RK! Once that hits.. forget about it:bb:

    Day 13
Workouts the past few nights have been great with endurance (cardio), but a little subpar with strenght (weights). It could be the fact that I'm hitting Ketosis and re-depleting my glycogen stores is kicking my ass. I had a hard time concentrating at work today.

If the file up-load center is operational, I'll post my pics (from a few days ago) up on the board. Like I said, I'm happy with the progress.

    Currently, I'm 12.8% bf and 192.4 lbs.

Tonights workout will be back and bis, so I'll come back to edit and update this post. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go eat my tunafish w/ mayo and a spoon full of EVOO

    HL

EDIT: *sigh* file upload center is still down. I'll wait until tomorrow.

    Day 14

There's nothing like seeing dark purple on a ketostick

I'll probably run this straight through next weekend so that my body can really start getting used to ketosis. Diet is 100% in check and I'm lovin' how I feel!

I was a little better with concentration and work all around today (byyyyy the way, I got a promotion ), but workout was still... eh.

Again, this is my first time on a CKD that I haven't quit. After two weeks of being used to this, I believe my overall feelings will adjust.

I'm going to try to wake and get some AM cardio in, but it is f***ing cold outside! By the way, I have roughly a week left of DCP and I will be ordering some more once my pay check next week comes in (I've gotta make sure food/rent is taken care of first).

Larry...keep running in ketosis and you will be my hero. As a matter of fact, I am going to toss you another bottle of DCP since you have been the strictest tester, using ketosis.

That is a great accomplishment! I'm pretty used to CKD, It takes me a while to get to the darker end of the ketostick but I don't get that lethargy brainfog like I used to. Keep up the good work and ride out the ketosis a little longer (I plan to do this also, to super deplete) it will make the next carbload well worth it.
