  1. DAY 30

    Okay, like I said, weight is going up, as bf% is visibly dropping. Nice, considering the fact I am eating 3300 cal. a day, and work sitting all day! I did:

    Barbell rows 95, 105, 105, 105 8-10 reps
    Wide-grip pulley pull downs 120, 120, 120, 75 8-10 reps + static 20 sec.
    Dumbell pullovers 40, 40, 40, 40 8-10 reps
    Back extensions 4 sets 15 reps

    Really hope to reach 182, with a leaner physique at day 40. Objective is set, just have to do it :bb2:

  4. DAY 31

    Everything is still going well today. I had a cheat meal for lunch, a club sandwich, with starbucks dessert Nice...
    Okay, let's get serious. I did a good workout, did not take any supplements, and felt the shakes, and intensity was higher than ever. I am still wondering why. Anyways, I forgot my workout sheet, so I did not note down what I did. I did blast my shoulders though with some

    Press behind neck
    Dumbell presses
    Dumbel shrugs
    Low-pulley shrugs
    Low-pulley lateral raise
    Dumbell lateral raise

    All of them are 4 sets approx 8-10 reps. Nice workout, and I have another one tomorrow morning. Cant wait!

  5. DAY 32

    Oh boy, this was a big stressfull day. I get at work, and nobody's there, I was alone taking plenty of calls, etc... Then, I got to the gym(Best part of my day by far) did some:

    Incline french presses 45, 50, 50, 50 8-10 reps
    Close-grip bench press 95, 95, 95, 95 8-10 reps
    Rope pulldown 30, 30, 30, 30 12 reps

    Leg raises 3 x 30
    high pulley rope crunches 90, 90, 90 15 reps
    Side bent 30, 30, 30 15 reps

    Then, off the gym, I go to my other job, where I finish at 9:00 and head off to see my parents. After 20 minutes of road, a ****ing dumbass ******* does a u-turn right in my face and you imagine..... Bam! I hit the dumbass and he ****in runs away! God dammit. Anyways, I have a tough toyota, so I managed to drive it all the way up to my home. A long 50 minutes... Then called cops, we'll see if they can catch him... Wow, what a day. Now I got a headache. I dont beleive it's from x-factor though.. Let's say I've had a pretty rough night..

  6. DAY 33 & 34

    These were off days where I had the week-end off, and did some work around the house. My skin is getting very oily, but only 2 pimples showed in my face yet. I feel great, and need a lot of rest to keep gaining. Everything is in check, and no cheating this week-end, even if I had to suffer a little from BBQ parties, and the god damn cheese and crackers platter on the table Tomorrow will be a serious training. Cant wait

  7. Hey man, this is a great log your keeping. I am thinking about running an XF + Anagen log eventually, so this is great to read to see how well it works. I just have one question though, I have read other people mention that XF increases appetite, have you experienced this?? I have a huge appetite already and I am not a big guy, so I've wondered if this would just destroy me. Keep up the work man, looking good!!

    Thanks for the kind words man. Yes, it does increase appetite. But look at it this way: The more you eat clean food, and keep yourself full, cut refined sugars, and eat rice, oatmeal, plenty of cottage cheese, whey, etc.. Allow yourself one reasonable cheat day a week, and once you're into it, it will be pretty easy. Look at my diet on the previous pages and you will see that eating 8 times a day makes you feel full all the time. I often feel bloated, and am still hungry. When this happends, I take an AMP, and I am okay for the day, because the appetite suppresion on this one is one of the best around.

  9. DAY 35

    This was a seriously good day. It was hot and humid outside. I felt an extremely good pump today.

    Decline Dumbbell Presses - 6-8 Reps 45, 50, 50
    Flat Dumbbell Presses - 6-8 Reps 60, 50, 50
    Incline Dumbbell Presses - 6-8 Reps 45, 50, 50
    Incline Dumbbell Flyes - 6-8 Reps 25, 25, 25

    BICEPS:
    Standing Dumbbell Curls - 6-8 Reps 35, 35, 35
    Barbell Curls - 6-8 Reps 65, 65, 65
    Standing Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 6-8 Reps 45, 45, 45

    Okay, now I have 4 days left until X-Factor is done, so I will start up some JW, and crank up Ecdysten to 8 a day. I have 1 bottle remaining and it should last another 12 days. JW should not affect anything until the end of the ecdy cycle, IMO, and will start to kick in as soon as Ecdysten is done

    Thanks for the tips, I usually eat around 6-7 clean meals a day now, so the diet shouldn't bother me. I just think I'll invest in some AMP, since from what I have tried, I loved it. Used it for energy and focus more than the appetite suppresion. I will have to try it other than pre-workout. Thanks again, and keep it up.

    Does anyone have any empirical data on Ecdysten? I've searched around and found none. Also, I been taking a multi-vitamin for over 20 years which contains NAC at 1,200 mgs/day. I really don't want to stop the MV so I'm guessing X-factor is out of the question.

    Thanks. The only way to go is to stop the MV, and replace with another brand while you do your XF cycle. The Ecdy is pretty weird. It all depends on the purity of the extract. I have tried Scifit's ecdy, and no results, but now I really feel more from it. And 15 mg. each pill is pretty realistic. I hope e-bol will come out soon. X-Factor can also cause joint pain, but it does not mean that it will totally counteract the product. Just that you will have less significant effects.

  13. DAY 36

    Today felt really good, but I found the workout to be short. When I got down the stairs in my basement, this is when I was proud of the effort I put in. I did legs, Shocker: I DID SQUATS

    Barbell Squats 135, 155, 155 8 reps
    Stiff leg deadlifts 145, 165, 165 8 reps
    Leg extensions 70, 210, 195, then 30 static with 90 (8 reps)
    Standing calf raises machine 2 x 30 reps (in, out, parallel)

    Well, I upped the dose to 8 Ecdy a day, did not noticed a difference yet. We'll see tomorrow. I will keep it going on until I end with Ecdysten.

  14. DAY 37

    Today was a short and sweet workout. I did back:

    T -Bar row 135, 90, 90 8 reps
    Reverse-grip pulldowns 120, 120, 120 8 reps
    Dumbell pullovers 45, 50, 50 8 reps

    I left my keys in my car, and spent a lot of time trying to open the door, so that's why my workout did not include abs

  15. DAY 38

    I have had a very good day today. I felt like my skin could tear up. I love it. This is one of the best day I have had in all the cycle.

    I did:
    Shoulders
    Press behind neck 105, 115, 105 6-8 reps
    Side lateral raise dumbell 15, 15, 15 6-8 reps
    Front dumbell raise 15, 15, 15 6-8 reps
    (Barbell shrugs bar in front 20 reps, then barbell shrugs bar behind back 20 reps) 3 supersets of 135

    Triceps
    Close-grip bench-press 95, 105, 105 6-8 reps
    Reverse close-grip bench 65, 65, 65 6-8 reps.
    Straight bar pushdowns 60, 60, 60 6-8 reps.

    I was so pumped I found it hard to get my t-shirt off! wow. I dont know if the ecdysten at 8 a day makes a difference like that, but something was driving me all the workout!

  16. DAY 39

    Only one day left on XF. It's been great. I will post my weight tomorrow, as I dont even know how much it is as of now. I did some mixed forearms and abs today. Took it relax, but really felt the forearms pump, and the abs were really well done. Cant wait until tomorrow. I will still keep my log on for the remaining of Ecdy just to see if the gains are still coming

  17. DAY 40

    It's done. I just took the last taste of x-Factor today until my next cycle gets back. My weight is 181.5, and my waist is 34.5, which is about what it was at the beginning of the cycle. So all in all, I would say I gained around 4-5 pounds in LBM from day 10. So probably a rough guess would be a good 6 lbs gain, with no fat gain at all! Wow. I loved it. Next XF cycle will be the normal 50 day cycle to compare. I highly recommend those products as they will get the pounds on!

    Really worth it. Buy it, and it's not money wasted. Why? It works and gives great results like you just saw, and I will buy some more as long as it exists The really big + is no PCT is needed and all gains are kept, so this is priceless IMO, and a lot ssfer than hormone precursors..

  21. I have done 2 so far. I will do another one in 40 days approx. You don't pay for the AA, but for all the research these guys have done and bringing it to the bodybuilder's world.

    NAC is not a problem with X-Factor.

    We've got a new FAQ coming out that will explain the changes in directions. But basically, most of what was once off-limits is now okay.
