    Wedgylx's SNS CVM log

    Hey guys,
I'm going to start posting here a little more now, I've learned so much just by researching so far. I figure setting up a log here is a great way to get all your opinions on my training and diet, and also let you guys know how this works for me. This is the first time I have used the new formula of CVM but I have used a ton of SNS products in the past and have yet to be let down...so on with the log!

Some background info, I started this log some time ago but due to some family emergencies I had to take a week or so off from training. I'm just starting back now. I'll be running the log until my tub is empty.

I'll take my measurements tonight to post for comparison.

My goals are to thin out a little bit while building muscle mass. I realize this is a daunting task but I'm cleaning up my diet and expect to see some nice changes.

I'm eating in the area of 3000 calories with 45% protein, 35%carbs, 20% fats. I'll be posting my caloric intake for each day when I can.

Felt pretty good, weights are a little down from my tore pec, but not bad. I'm looking nice and swole lately, and the CVM is making me look way more vascular than normal.

i changed up my exercises for tris more than normal, my stride isn't exactly even during certain exercises, so i did more cables than I would usually.

The CVM is causing quite a bit of change in vascularity. The veins on my bis were bubbling up a little which never ever happens. Thanks to moms genetics, even at very low bf% my veins never really bulge out. This is definitely causing them to be more noticeable.

After the gym I went to the shower room....I went about my business in a hurry to get to work. I got undressed and wrapped my towel around myself for the walk to the showers. I'm almost there when I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror....WOW! My chest was so pumped up, it looked twice as big as normal. The veins in my delt/axilliary area are peeking out from under my skin. I'm very impressed, and still have some of my pump over an hour later at work.

Great day. I would have liked to get more pullups, but I'm heavier now than in the past. I weighed in today at 226lbs. I'm at an estimated 17%bf. Again, at the end of my workout my back looked chizzled. I'm very happy with my results so far and I'm hoping they keep coming strong.
I apologize for the delay in my log. I'm on spring break and don't have access to a reliable computer at my house. I keep a detailed journal every day at the gym with weights, reps and notes, so you're still getting it all it just might take a day or so . Once I'm back on campus (sunday) posts will be more timely

well I play hockey. I participate in basketball lol.

Hockey will always be my passion, I'm just playing intramurals at my college right now for fun. I'll admit it is a lot harder to play at 230lbs than it was at 170lbs in highschool.

I jump on the court for intramural basketball from time to time just to sweat. I suck, but its better than a treadmill

~14% on 3 point digital calipers. I was 315 and ~18% in October. I played 1-AA football, defensive end. Thats how I'm built. I just got fitted for my tux, getting married in May, and some measurements were:
    Waist(at navel) - 40"
    Chest - 53"
    Shoulders - 62"

They had a hell of a time finding me jacket. I think I tried on about 8.

Jeeze man. Back in October I had to get a tux and had to get a "FUBU" one, because they run baggy and are prefered for obese customers. WHile I'm not obese, they didn't have any jackets that would fit my shoulders and arms without having it look like I'm a 7 year old boy with his daddy's clothes on. And keep in mind I was only 215 at the time. They must have had to custom knit yours lol.

Pretty good day in the gym. This is the first time I've tried to pre-exhaust my delts and I'll probably continue it for a few weeks. The reason for my jump in reps in standing military on the last set is that, for some reason, I was holding the bar entirely too close for the first two sets.

For calves I normally use the leg press, but it was taken and I was in a rush so I used a calf extension machine. The lbs per plate are rubbed off because it is an old machine, so I listed in terms of what % of the stack I was using. It was nice because in the summer I was only doing the full stack for 10-12 reps, so I can see I've made some progress.

pretty intense workout. My bis were pumped up and looking mega-swole by the end of the workout. My peak is looking much more pronounced than it has before. My tris were looking chizzled by the end of the workout too. Very satisfied with this product right now.

Not bad overall. Pretty sad to see that my bench has fallen so much from my cycle (315lbs X4) but I guess a torn pec will do that to you.

Overall bench is up from previous weeks, I'm pretty happy. Also noticed crazy pumps and vascularity.

had meant to do back today but spent the weekend with family as it was my mothers birthday.

Still got to my hockey game....two 20 minute halves (weird set-up, i know)
playing every other shift. Sweated alot lol

Definitely a rouch workout. I don't like to do this much in one day but I had to catch up to my normal schedule.

Pumps are still great and vascularity still seems to be improving - and I do not mean just during the workout but I retain the vascularity all day
