My EAMINOMAX Came in. Hands down way better than alri humapro. Is it any better I don’t know yet but flavor is 100x better.

Today I did upper body so let’s see how my recovery is . I’m swapping out 15 grams of protein for two scoops of this that I will sip pwo in a huge tank of water .
Anaheim fit expo is comming up so I need to be as shredded as I can be .

Humm I will look at the bottle . I just know it’s 1000x better then alri Flavor wise with what ever amount of water was in there. Maybe 12 oz. I will know in a tad bit.

So I’m using 1.5 scoops and putting it in 32 oz of water and boy does it quench my thirst . I am loving the flavor . I get great energy from it and have to remind my self it’s time to eat. Contest in a week so let’s see with the protein swap to this if I get more shredded.

It’s the best thing since you can grow and prevent metabolic diseases which is why I do it. I’m not fat in any way hit it’s just a healthier way to live .

Agreed completely. I stay under 15%. I know all about keto I’ve just personally never done it.

Today I sip on water but doubled the amount of powder. Tomorrow is contest day so I should be as dry as I can .

I’m up to 152.8 now . Was stuck at 145 for the longest time . I’m keeping my protein moderate and replaced only so much protein for eaminomax .

That’s a solid 150 man. I’m 175 at 5’9” and you look bigger than I do lol but I mainly lean bulk. Haven’t gone on a full cut in a long time. I also don’t compete.

My back muscles are twitching as I type. I hit it hard today, and my recovery is on point, still in Ketosis so that’s a good thing, normally BCAAs can kick you out of Ketosis

Well I’m out of my Product and I will tell you this I do recommend it as a protein shake replacement but not to sip on threw out the day if your trying to cut fat. Great flavor and would recommend it for sure .
