So first off I would like to thank cheftepesh1 for sending out some Liquid Labs PR from his own stash for me to be able to give it a go. He even threw in a couple more goodies as a bonus. Needless to say I am looking forward to running this.
I will be running this on a deficit, so.im really looking forward to see this treats me in helping maintain muscle mass and hopefully add a little with it.
Diet wise I have been adding carbs back in for the past month around training days, after go very low carb for a while. Non training days keeping carbs at 25 or below and training day around 125 to 150.
I train 4 ton5 days a week depending on work. Currently running a swing night shift with 2 days on, 2 days off and every other weekend. But I make it work, just sometime logging wise it looks strange since each week certain lifts are trained on different days. So let's get this going.

Took my first dose this morning after getting home from work and will take second dose before I go back tonight. First training day will be tomorrow afternoon.
Taste wise, since this is a oral delivery, is very hard to describe. I can say it is very pleasant and easy to hold on your mouth.

Thanks. Haven't trained since Friday morning since this is my work weekend. Looking forward to getting back in there tomorrow. Nothing crazy so far with the PR, except i have noticed I bit more energy throughout my night shifts this weekend.

I personally have run several PH. I only noticed some more energy and strength in the gym. Nothing like a PWO feeling.

Yea. Nothing super over the top. And as long as I have a slight strength increase or so ever maintain while in deficit, I'll be pleased.

Overall thoughts on the 4 weeks of PR.
Nothing overall mind shattering noticed during the 4 weeks of taking PR. I would think maybe a longer run and maybe higher dosing may increase results. Weight did increase by about 2 pounds with diet staying the same as before the run. The main thing I did notice during this was for the most time I felt a decent muscle fullness even after 2 to 3 days of very low carb and no being in the gym do to work. Also did notice strength drop offs while being out the gym for a couple days. Like I said I feel like this product most likely would shine a bit more at a higher dose than 2 ml twice a day and maybe a 8 week run or so.

Day 2 taking rise and swell. Nothing to note as of yet, but also didn't feel any side effects from the PR. Taste on the rise and swell is pleasant but also yet strange.
