    I want to give a huge thanks to all the wonderful people at Controlled labs for giving me the opportunity to log the new Blue Sugar GDA. This GDA is very intriguing to me, because of the Ingredients that it has in it.

    It has Banaba Leaf at 1.5 Grams, very potent ingredient that I have used on it's own and loved it
    Berberine at a 500mg dose, I have not used berberine as a standalone but that dose in this formula makes me very curious
    Has Agmatine at 250mg and Cinnulin PF at a good Dose of 200mg,
    This product makes me excited to see how my body responds to it with all those potent ingredients in one formula.


    A little about myself I am currently on a mini diet, to get into a leaner stage for my long "offseason" to put on mass. I will be using the Blue Sugar with my largest carb meal (last meal) as well as using it on my free meals, when I have them. I am not hardcore dieting, just lowering calories and would love to see how this works out in my favor.


    Current Weight is around 181-184 depending on the amount of sleep I get. Cardio is light walking or basketball 2x3 times per week. Working out is instinctive at this time as I have some body parts that recover a lot faster than others, so I am just playing it by ear 5x6 times per week

    All variables will be consistent, as best as I can during this run. I can split up doses if need be, but I feel it will work best if all 4 caps are taken at once, usually before my last meal, or my pre workout meal on the weekends

    Get ready for an intriguing run on this new GDA.

    Pre Training meal
    Egg whites, Proats (1 serving oats, 1 serving Ghost PB Cereal). 1 Donut (Nutella topped)

    Took the blue sugar with the meal above and felt pretty good. Blood sugar felt fine and felt good with it. Pumps were the same if not a little bit better. Will up the carbs next use to see how I feel with it

    I had a pretty good pump going into this workout. I dosed the Blue Sugar about 1.5 hours before my workout with a meal that consisted of a Chicken Quesadilla, and a donut. Also had some twizzlers too. My blood sugar felt very stable after the meal, not a bad feeling since i have had issues with some preworkout meals making me feel a little funky. This not so much.

    I do well with a combo of all macros pre workout. Just depends on how long before I work out I take in my fats

    Dosed the Blue Sugar an hour and a half before my workout with 4 rice cakes and shredded chicken.

    I did notice today that I didn't have enough carbs and I did feel shaky, so that was a noticeable.

  9. Yeah 4 ricecakes is what, 40-50g cho? Youíre gonna want to take ~20g cho in per cap you dose, at a minimum.

    Used my Blue Sugar an hour before my workout and felt good as usual, nothing major, pumps were good, overall good workout. Haven't had any issues with blood sugar so i believe i have found a good formula to go with for pre training meals

    I felt great with the whole workout. I have noticed that the muscle pump is longer lasting when I have a better more complete carb source. No issues so far from using this so that is good.

    Used my Blue sugar before my workout with a fat burrito. It felt good, a little too much sodium, but was overall good. No stomach issues, blood sugar was steady, and had a good pump. My legs were pretty swollen and it helped me have a longer workout

  14. I donít digest oats very well but love oatmeal - gonna have to see if Blue Sugar makes em a little smoother now for me!

    One of my favorite meals is a cup of quick oats with a heaping scoop of our Snickerdoodle ProMore and a couple Tbsp of PB. 65 cho, 42 pro, 23 fat for some rock solid energy and utterly delicious.

    Used cream of rice and some whey as my pre meal. Threw in some blueberries as well. Probably 60 grams of carbs. Felt good. Pump was good as this was a lower carb day for me. Body feels good no digestive issues at all

    Just curious, are you doing Blood glucose tests, or just assuming it was steady because you didn't go hypo during the workout? Also are all of your carbs pre workout or do you ever do intra carbs?

    Same here, I LOVE OATMEAL, but it also loves me and takes all day to digest. I make a cup of dry oats and I will be full for 6 hours maybe more and have to make myself eat more.
    Under the assumption because I didn't go hypo. I used to use intra carbs, but with the way my diet is structured I only have carbs pre workout and on cheat meal days

    Oats to me have been digesting real fast so I am lucky on that. I know sweet potatoes keep me full all day so I try to use that sparingly

    Overall good workout. Had a great pump, ate a apple Fritter and Cinnamon roll before my workout with the blue sugar, and man was that great.

    Back was pumped as all can be and had great digestion from it. Muscles felt real full on this day

    Dosed pre workout with carbs coming from cream of wheat. Ran out of oats so had to substitute. Wasn't a big fan of this combo, didn't feel as fueled up as I had been. Maybe because I had played ball before my meal and was tired but oh well. Still having good workouts and having some fun

    No me either, the glycemic index of cream of wheat is not anywhere near as low as just eating whole grain bread or pasta. It being ground up increases the speed of digestion a bit. Same with Cream of Rice but it goes even faster. I almost always put a tablespoon or two of Kerrygold Irish Butter, or smart balance w/ olive oil in with my cream of rice to make it stick around a little longer.
