I started Vector this past week thanks to brundel
I am a Female 5’7’’ 28 years old.

I have been currently trying to build muscle & in a calorie surplus since December 2017.
My intake and macros have gone up BUT recently about a month ago I have had random new food allergies and GI issues
I have not always been able to hit my macros. Some days I might not even get 1,900 calories if I have a reaction or flare up.
I will make max effort to hit these numbers and they will not change during this run.

Lifting days: 2,630 – 345g carbs / 70g fat / 155g protein
Rest days: 2,340 – 200g carbs / 100g fat / 160g protein

Per my scale:
Body Fat: 20% BF
Muscle: 36% muscle
Starting Weight: 127lbs

Measurements:
Waist: 28 inches
Hips: 36.5 inches
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current workout regimen:
Lower body – 2 days/week
Upper Body – 2 days/week
Rest Day - 3 days/week
Each workout ends in a 5-10 minute LISS session for heart health.

Current Supps:
Fish Oil – discontinued till GI issues figured out
Multi-vitamin
Protein Powder
BCAA’s
