    Just started Vector today and will run for the next 12 weeks, I have about 2 weeks left of Ep1logue and once finished I will throw FD into the mix. I'm 34 currently running 5/3/1 and sitting @ ~20% bf. Goal is to recomp and hopefully get down to around 15% bf. I had a DXA scan just over 2 weeks ago and will get another one at the end of my 12 week run.

    Diet is keto and generally OMAD. Plan is to eat between 1800-2200 cals a day and may increase after I lean out a little more. Other supps I will be taking daily are:

    CL Oximega 4 caps
    600 mg Ashwagandha
    Multi Vitamin
    2 caps Glycoshield
    PES Shift
    Ergonine

    Weight today was 187 which is a bit of water as I was out of town for the weekend and ate a large amount of carbs. Regular weight last week was between 180-182.

    Went to visit family for Easter weekend and lots of food was had including a whole bunch of Easter candy. Weight dropped back to normal much quicker than usual. Really going to crack down on the diet now.

    What do you eat? If this happens to me I try a glass of milk or half scoop of protein with fibre and find that is good

    I try to limit it as I’m still trying to drop a few pounds, usually it’s a protein bar or shake. Last night I had a protein bar and a handful of nuts.

    Another great workout, I feel like I could spend all day in the gym lately. The endurance has been amazing. Just booked a flight to Vegas 4/22 for a couple days so I'll be a little more strict with my diet the next 2 weeks. Would like to get under 180 before the trip.

    Workouts have been amazing this week! Usually get into the gym on my weekends off for some cardio and a little abs/arms. We're supposed to get up to a foot of snow in Minneapolis this weekend so I may not just stay in all weekend. We'll see what the weather brings.
