Hi! Today I received my first bottle of Massmax XT. I will try to update this log regularly. Can't wait to see how it goes!
I only take protein at the moment.
Weight - 80 Kg
Height - 1,82 cm
Fat - Around 13-14%
I just finished a mini cut so I will start bulking during this month. More or less 3000 calories daily.
Took my first two caps this morning with breakfast.
As I always say sorry for my bad English. I'm not native!

Day 1: Full - body workout. Good training and pump. As usual, nothing special.

Day 3!! Not feeling nothing yet. Full-body workout today.

Day 4! I feel a testosterone boost today. Maybe the massmax is helping with that.
I don't feel any extra appetite, but I see myself a little bit leaner :)

Around week 3 and 4 you should start to tell I difference. That's when I noticed it kicking in.

Day 8
I changed my workout to a PPL split. I'm bulking but I feel myself leaner, I don't know why, anyway I feel great
My strength it's the same and I haven't noticed great pumps yet.

Day 14 guys! Starting to feel effects.
My strength has increased a little bit, bench press and most exercises are getting easier.
The pumps are really really good.
Not feeling any difference on size or muscle fullness, but I think that massmax is giving me a testosterone boost
I used to feel low testosterone, bad mood, low energy.. And I think Massmax Xt is helping me with that... Maybe it's placebo.. Who knows.

Sorry for leaving you guys. I've been working a lot lately.
I finished the bottle of Massmax Xt, only ran it 4 weeks. During this time I was bulking, training 5 days per week, diet on point.
Cons: It wasn't that good for me. I haven't gained strength, or muscle mass. I felt pain in my joints some days.
Pros : Best mood, increased libido, appetite and pumps during the workouts. Feel my arms slightly bigger.
I'm sure that running it for 8 weeks it's way better, but I won't do it this time.
