Been a while but I'm back with another log this time it's gear, androhard and andro shred by muscle gelz all topical products my goal is to gain as much strength and lean muscle possible.

Day 1 excellent session this morning took 9 pumps gear 12 pumps andro hard 9 pumps andro shred then got to it

Training 80 % of 1 rep max on all lifts
Trap bar Deadlift* 5x3

Good pumps strength was good morning weight was 298.3

it really depends on how hard i get shut down I have nolva and blr rebirth on hand been using rebirth for my last few cycles with excellent results

Felt good this morning good energy and pump even with the time change I live in California day light savings started yesterday to early to tell if gear has kicked in yet but I am extra motivated to lift more to come

Day 8 was suppose to train this morning but the wife and I had a rough night both of our little dudes were up all night coughing with fevers not fun for us but I took my Supps as normal and hope to get in tomorrow on a side note the 1st 7 days weren't to crazy on this cycle except for a lil weight gain up 2 lbs and irritability lol so I think it's starting to kick in no other sides to speak of more to come

Thats impressive. My incline has always been lacking. About a year and a half ago i hit 365 on flat bench at about 220 bodyweight but my i could only hit 225 on incline for a couple reps. My lifts have all gone down a ways since then due to an extended hiatus but working on getting them back up and have been focusing more on incline to get that to a comparable amount to my flat bench. Hope to one day be able to match your current numbers. Wouldnt mind being as big as you either but i got a ways to go. Im weighing in about 215 right now at 6'2"

I actually had my headphones in my neighbor is in a fight with cancer I feel bad to play my loud screaming rock music dont want to bug her but I had Metallica waste my hate on my headphones

Some good sessions the last few days body feels really good sleep has been good considering my little dudes have been sick the wife and i feel like we're coming down with something but we refuse to give in lol more to come

Cycle is going great strength is coming along really well moving some big weight with ease libido is strong no joint pain at all haven't weighed myself in a while my scale needs batteries but I feel bigger and leaner so far so good more to come

Day 33 cycle is going awesome strength is at an all-time high libido is cranking total weight gain for the first 30 days 12 lbs my heaviest was 310 now I'm starting the second half of this cycle which will be to lean out even more the last 3 days I've cut my carbs in half taking a little toll energy-wise but hope it works out in the end more to come

Day 45 a disappointing update haven't logged for a while because I hurt my back a few weeks ago sucks @$$ it's my lower l5 again something I bother with every so often training is at a stand still right now just therapy and diet last time this happened it took me 6 weeks to get better it's been 2 so far and yeah in major pain more to come
