    yep, should keep thermogenesis up and I've heard a few people talk about improved sleep. How are you feeling/liking it overall?

    Really enjoying it. The improved sleep has been huge and also have noticed a mich better just over all feeling in general. Just in the clouds all day and focused in the gym.

  16. Last dose went on last night.

    Review.
    So I feel the greatest things I noticed about this product were improved sleep and appetite control.
    As far as sleep goes I noticed after a couple days I was starting to sleep deeper and more through put the night. Wasn't sure if this was due to the supplement but after the first week and the improved sleep continued and the supplement was the only change, I marked this down as a win.

    I called it more appetite control than suppression. The reason for this is a feel like if I wanted to say suppression, it would have killed appetite all day long. And i feel this just leveled everything out. A lot of the times on a normal base I will not be hungry and then all of a sudden bam it comes full force. I did not get any of these urges or feelings while taking this product.

    I did not experience any form of side effects of any kind with this product.

    Also I feel like even though measurements didn't change a while lot I feel like I was able to trim the waist down some. And didn't hold on to as much water a normal.

    Thanks again to the guys at iron legion for letting to give this a go.
