    I learned the hard way playing catch up causes so many set backs. Injury and plateaus are just to name a few. Better to just build everything evenly then to have to almost start all over because you neglected.

  5. Sorry for the lack of updates guys. Been a super crazy past few days. No workouts were missed and Iím still going strong with the am/pm dosing. Hereís some pics from Sunday. Workouts will be posted up again starting tomorrow.



    Weights still 212-214ish first thing in the AM.

    Had a good last couple days guys. Been getting in 2-3 workouts a day due to having to supervise the fat guys in my unit.

    Hit some shoulders for the second time this week yesterday. Looked like this...

    Hammer strength shoulder press
    135x10x4(warm up)

    Seated DB shoulder press
    60x10
    70x10
    90x10x2

    Seated BB btn military press/pull up SS
    95x10x2/10 pull ups
    135x8x2/10 pull ups

    Straight bar upright row/DB side laterals SS
    80x12x2/20x15x2
    100x12x2/25x10x2
    120x10/30x10

    Did a couple bi/tri supersets after this just because my pump was on point. Gonna hit some deadís today at some point. Just picked up a nice rogue squat rack and weight set Very happy

    Kinda died off this past week. Super busy with work and preparing to leave the country. I actually did my last dose this morning. Final review will be up in the next few days, hopefully by Friday at the latest.
