    tbh, i can't remember if they were better...but invictus was the one anti-cort that didn't make it worse-that I do remember!!!

  6. Do you add any small to trace amount of carbs around your training. I never really messed with it during keto but also like to see how others do it.

    Don't know how some of you guys do it.
    I eat 1 cups of oats 1.5 hrs. before I hit the gym or I make it about 15 min. and I'm done. I'm basically a low carbs puss!

    I train with a guy exactly the same - has to have his carbs. Me totally the opposite, actively prefer no/limited carbs pre training

    So my gym finally reopened after 2 days of being closed. Who would think 2-3 inches of snow would shutdown a base for 2 days haha.

    Today’s workout was chest/tris/abs. Started like this...

    Incline BB bench
    135x15
    185x12x2
    225x8

    Flat DB bench
    100x10x3

    Seated BTN military press/BW pullups(overhand)
    95x10x3/10x3

    Decline DB fly/push-ups SS
    30x12/25
    40x12/25
    50x12/25

    Standing DB overhead extension
    80x10
    90x10
    100x10x2

    Weighted dips/weighted pull-ups SS
    45x10x6/45x10x6

    Rope extension/overhead rope extension SS
    60x10x3/100x10x3

    Did 300 various abs repetitions 150 crunch Machine,100 lying crunches, 50 hanging leg raises. I even rowed 1500m on the concept 2 rower. Pretty much a cross fitter now

    Applied 1ml VII-KT after my post workout shower to the chest with no issues. Smells great.

    My wife doesn’t know I went to the gym though so I’m gonna try and get an hour in tonight, maybe stair climber and more abs. We’ll see though.

    Nah man, I drop it on my upper chest/lean back a little and rub it in with my wrists. Then if there’s leftover residue I rub my wrists together so I don’t waste it.

    Yea. I have been putting it on the inside of my forearms and rubbing them together then rubbing on my love handles.

    not ideal to apply to love handles, it's not site specific and it's more difficult to get it into the blood stream in that region

    Hit some back/bis/abs today. Went pretty well.



    Used a mag grip for pull downs and seated cable row today. Kinda funky but I enjoyed it. Anybody else use these yet?

    Pretty good workout today but, keto is definitely taking its toll. I’m not really weaker, I just have to exert more haha if that makes sense. Powered by 2 scoop of OL Reign today.

    Applied my 1ml to my chest right upon waking and .5ml after the gym. Saving for last .5ml for after cardio tonight.

    Gonna do weekly overall updates so I’ll post up weight and new pics tomorrow!
