    What do I want out of this?

    Agmatine has many benefits but I am going to be solely seeking pumps in the gym. I have been interested for a while in the idea of taking bulk agmatine and just throwing down 1,000 mg preworkout or in the morning on non-workout days. That is what I will be doing. I am open to dosing differently if anyone has suggestions. I have read that it is good to take agmatine away from protein-filled meals.

    I am not looking for body changes so I am not going to get in depth on the physical stuff, but I am roughly 255 lbs, 6'6, and am high 20's in terms of body fat percentage.

    My workout days currently are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. When January starts, I will jump to more workout days per week. Today was a non-workout day so I took the first dose today.

    My pre-workout for insane pumps: I mix( L-Arginine+L-Citrulline+Beta Alanine) and a Banana Lol.. I get amazing pumps from that combo!

  12. I dosed 1,000 mg 30 minutes before my workout today. I made today a low carb day because I bailed on yesterday's and my routine was a "power day" meaning all sets of 4-6. The pumps were definitely better than normal, quite good for 15g of carbs and the low rep counts. Starting Sunday, I will be in the "Rep Range Week" so it will be all sets of 10+ reps. Pump City. However, I did hit my shoulders and triceps with a finisher that I stole from @SFreed and the pump was crazy. My arms were absolutely screaming. 40 seconds per rep! Aaaaahhhhhh!

  14. He's slowly recovering. He has been in a stroke rehabilitation center for over a week now. He is almost to where he can move himself from the bed to the wheelchair and use the bathroom by himself. He's come a long way. I'll be going to visit again around Christmas. I'm just too far away here. In Atlanta, I'll be considerably closer, which is nice.

    Sounds like he's making progress. It's good that you'll be closer. Sucks that you'll be in Atlanta though. Leaving all that sweet hiking behind.

    It's not all bad down there. I searched the moderate and hard trails there. Over 100. It is a bit mountainous and the Chattahoochee National Forest isn't too far.

  20. Today was a wash. It was supposed to be a power day for legs but I ended up tweaking the back of my left leg during my first exercise (squats). I ended up just finishing with Leg Extensions and Lying Leg Curls to try to get some kind of workout despite the pull/strain. Decent pump throughout but I should get more pumps starting tomorrow. My "Rep Range Week" starts tomorrow, so it will be a lot of sets of 10, 12, and more. I'm excited about it. Hopefully whatever is going on with my leg is done by the time leg day rolls around again...

    Oh, and my lock broke and I had to have the front desk cut it with bolt cutters. That was pretty awesome too...

  22. Alright. I have decided to take 2g of agmatine 30 minutes before workouts starting today. The pumps were insane today. By the time I got to my second exercise on biceps (EZ-Bar Preacher Curls), my biceps were so pumped that it hurt. I even made a strange noise as I did reps 10, 11, and 12. Awesome, awesome day.
