  1. So... I got to my gym with my preworkout and 2g of agmatine in me and there was a sign saying it was closed today for maintenance. Uh... yeah. I went back to my apartment and hit the apartment gym. The effects of my stims were pretty much completely gone but luckily the pumps were still solid. My shoulders felt nice, but the pumps were really next-level for triceps. I did a down-the-rack finisher that really had my tris barking.

  3. Happy Birthday to me!

    I took my 2g of agmatine, ate 50g of carbs 20 minutes later, and then hit the gym 20 minutes after that. Leg day. I had insane pumps again. Right off the bat, my first sets on leg extensions werre burning so bad that I had to stop at 12 reps, breathe, and then finish the sets. I squatted slow and deep and did the same on leg press. I actually had a pump in my lower glutes, which was quite strange. You know what? I'll call it what it was just for HGP and SFreed. I had a butt pump. Lol. Great day. Now I'm off for birthday celebrations.

  11. Back day. My lower back is dogs**t so deadlifts of any kind terrify me, but I was feeling pretty good and pushed it a bit on the partials. 2g of agmatine as usual and the pumps were great again.
