Finally the time is here. My first workout/supplement log. I must be the last one to throw the log here with HUMAPRO. Better late than never.

I would be doing exactly the way people have been recommending; 1 scoop Pre and 1 scoop Post workout. Not going to give a lowdown on the supplement facts. Pictures are below. Got the Green Apple Candy flavour.
Rolling into 2nd month of my cut. So, this is perfect timing for me to lose some fat.
My stats
Age- 31
Height- 5ft 7”
Weight- 167lbs
Fat %- ~15.5% (last I checked). Not sure how accurate this is.
PHAT Training
Monday- Upper Body Strength
Tuesday- Lower Body Strength
Wednesday- Rest (may be.. just may be cardio)
Thursday- Back and Shoulder Hypertrophy
Friday- Lower Body Hypertrophy
Saturday- Chest and Arms Hypertrophy
Sunday- Rest
Never done PHAT. So, I am totally excited to give this a go. The first couple of weeks PHAT is known to be tough. I am counting on HUMAPRO to get me through this period.
My only expectation is, better recovery between sets.
Diet is going to be fairly simple. High Protein, some good fats (almonds, chia seeds) and low carbs. I don’t count my Macros but have a fair idea about how much I eat. So, I am good there.
Compounds Weights I lift ATM
Squats- 375lbs (3-4reps)
Deadlift- 405lbs (2reps)
Bench- 220lbs (4reps)
OHP- 135lbs (4reps)
Bend Over Rows- 205lbs (5reps)
Supplements
Oximega, Anavite, KSM66, ZMA, Creatine (since I am not using Whey for a month. May have to just chug it with water)
No Whey, No PWO. Let the fun begin.
