    First off I want to thank Boldanic @baxmax for the opportunity to log Exubol and Tribulyze. They sent me two full bottles of both! #Impressed I will start dosing tomorrow.

    I have included some of the benefits for both products for any women that may follow or read this log as well as anyone else who may not know the benefits of these two products. Most of the benefits geared towards increasing Test are not listed since this is a female log and it doesn’t respond the same in females as it does in males.

    Only other supplement I will be using along with these two is Radiate ( a thermogenic) that I use as my pwo.

    I currently train Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Friday with an upper/lower split. Macros are roughly 150p/100c/65f.

  14. Good morning! Up at 4:25 to the gym about 5-10 after. I woke up tired today but still feel like it was a good workout.

    Upper body very tight and sore from yesterday so I started with a few mins of rolling as well as band over/backs with the first several sets of leg press.

    Walking lunges to warm up
    4 sets of 10 @bw

    Leg press -narrow stance
    285x12
    375x12
    555x12
    645x12 x 3 sets
    645x12, 555x12, 465x15, 375x20, 285x35 drop set

    Single leg press
    240x12/12-4 sets

    Leg press high stance (ham/glute focus)
    240x20-4 sets

    Glute/ham raises
    +10 lbs x12 -5 sets

    Walking lunges with straight bar
    50x10
    60x10
    60x10

    Theses were set with (heavy) hip circle work
    25 yard walks- front, back, & sides

    Superset
    Seated leg curls
    90x10 x4 sets

    Leg extensions
    110x12 x4 sets

    Tri set

    Cable kickbacks
    15x15 x4 rounds

    Hip circle (heavy) abductor work
    15 each side x4 sets

    Cable crunches
    67.5x15
    72.5x15 x3 sets

    For those of you who don’t know, I am limited on exercises for leg work due to a hip injury. Currently just know that there is a spur on the front of my pelvic bone by the hip joint as well as extra bone growing on my femur. Ortho believes there’s is likely a tear but waiting to get an MRI to verify.

    Post workout I had my first dose of Tribulyze and Exubol as requested 1 & 3 respectively
