First off I want to thank Boldanic baxmax for the opportunity to log Exubol and Tribulyze. They sent me two full bottles of both! #Impressed I will start dosing tomorrow.

I have included some of the benefits for both products for any women that may follow or read this log as well as anyone else who may not know the benefits of these two products. Most of the benefits geared towards increasing Test are not listed since this is a female log and it doesn’t respond the same in females as it does in males.

Final review Boldanics Tribulyze and Exubol

I really enjoyed running both of these products! It’s a great stack for both men and women! It was everything I expected it to be if not more!
* mood better overall- more positive, focused, and driven
* libido increased- most noticeable within the first few weeks
* improved body composition- only lost about 3lbs but could tell a big difference in how my clothes fit and felt much leaner
* energy and endurance was great throughout the entire run- rarely ever tired
* inflammation was greatly reduced- joint pain very minimal if not gone
* strength change was minimal if any but I wasn’t really anticipating a big change here and tribulus isn't proven to actually increase testosterone in women
* recovery improved a lot!! -big change here! Definitely much less soreness and what was there didn’t last near as long
* PMS symptoms were reduced- everyone wins here! Less irritable, less inflammation, less overall body pain, less headaches, shorter cycle - I would take Tribulyze if only for this one benefit!!
* sleep improved- never had trouble sleeping but noticed I slept deeper and more soundly

So as you can tell they’re great quality products and what makes it even better is the prices! They’re both very reasonably priced! Often on manufacturers sites, products are easily $50-65 making very unlikely that I would ever spend that kind of money. I just don’t have that kind of extra to spare on myself but I would definitely pay the $24 & $30 for the two of these

Good morning! Up at 4:25 to the gym about 5-10 after. I woke up tired today but still feel like it was a good workout.

For those of you who don’t know, I am limited on exercises for leg work due to a hip injury. Currently just know that there is a spur on the front of my pelvic bone by the hip joint as well as extra bone growing on my femur. Ortho believes there’s is likely a tear but waiting to get an MRI to verify.

Post workout I had my first dose of Tribulyze and Exubol as requested 1 & 3 respectively

I really like it. We got a new machine that has much better angles/functions properly...So I can actually get my feel all the way to the bottom no problem. I like feeling the vastus lateralis firing!

Today is a rest day. I took all doses yesterday- which is good for me because I am forgetful! Lol I will probably set reminders in my phone to make sure I am consistent throughout the log.

It may be too early to tell but I am surprisingly not sore from yesterday’s workout (I’m almost always sore) and soreness from Monday is almost gone. I will also point out that the pills/tablets are small - making it easy to pop all 4 in at one time.

either it's a combination of tribulyze/exubol or mostly exubol but adding protein shake is a good idea, you might have to increase carbs also-I know I did....but no worries, even with added carbs and above maintenance cals I haven't gained any visible fat.

Happy Thursday!! It’s day 3...nothing really to report yet other than being hungry. Which may or may not be related just yet.

Today was my early day so I had a quick workout. Lost about 10 mins of time due to someone stopping me to talk but overall a good quick workout.

Thanks! It’s a nice commercial gym...use to be a golds. Has a pool/steam room and all that jazz...I’m hoping once we move to have a garage gym.

Don't give in to the appetite. You are trying to lean up... sometimes that means being uncomfortable. As long as not going hypo you should stay the course.

Today has been better feeling wise! Not sure what was up mentally yesterday. Luckily I carry all of my food for the day so I have no choice but to stick to the plan!
