  4. Officially starting tomorrow. Couldíve started today but I really didnít want to kick this off on Friday the 13th. Yep Iím a superstitious mf.

    But I did hit arms today with my new toys. Honestly I thought permaswole was the greatest thing for getting your swole but when you combine it with bfr bands omg. The pumps r just stupid and at times very painful but in a good way.

    I did a normal arm workout and used the bands for finishing off Biceps triceps and forearms

    Canít wait to try these out on leg day with the ones made for the legs and calves.

    Oh thought Iíd list some of the additional supplements Iím using:

    Am: fish oil, multi, extra vitamin c,d3 and b12 per dr orders.

    Pre workout: Iíve been stim free the past couple weeks and it is as really tough transition the first couple days but permaswole has made it easy on me. I had been using it in addition to my stim pres but it works great as a stand-alone.

    So for the next couple weeks at least Iíll be using permaswole pre workout but Iíll use riot and permaswole together on leg days as Tbh leg days have kinda been a bit lackluster in feel since stopping stims.

    Intra: hbcd creatine bcaas

    Thatís it. Obviously I use protein too.

    Unless I note otherwise thatíll be the plan. Iíve got 5 tubs of permaswole and a half tub of riot. If I run out of riot b4 this ends I have like 230 servings of different stim pres sitting around.

    The plan is to run a core and calves workout tomorrow maybe with some leg extensions and curls just to try out the bfr bands. But I may just switch to chest idk yet

  9. Took 1 capsule in the am, second will be dosed before bed. So dumb an analysis but man these little onyx capsules are freaking cool to look at.

    30 sec rest between sets. Fifteen minutes in and I was drenched already.

    I like to try and pull 3 times a week. I feel freaking beastly afterwards for rest of night. I feel like that still and if this feeling didnít take place almost every time I pull Iíd think the X was already working but I know better, these things will take a bit to kick in.

    Macros today: 90 fat. 252 carbs 200 protein 2618 calories tdee 2407 estimated so about 200 surplus. Wouldíve been higher but my dog doesnít eat much anymore and he actually wanted my chicken tonight and bc he was actually eating I just kept giving it to him and he ate the whole 8 oz which I was happy to see.

    Thanks. Yeah he just wonít eat the t sux. Today all he would eat was bread so for the f of it I picked up some plain cheeseburgers from McDonaldís which he used to love and so he hobbled then up. Idk wtf is up with him. Vet says heís fine but just being picky. Anyhow glad I got him to eat again bc heís my old dude and want to keep him around a lot longer.

    Didnít feel like watching ball today. So weird bc typically I watch 3 full games on Sunday. Bills r on bye and just didnít feel like it. So I knew gym would b dead so I decided to head out there.

    I went without a plan and just let it happen organically. I never do that I always have everything written out in advance and only go off script when a machine or bench is taken. Anyhow I know not having a plan isnít the greatest idea, but man every time I do it I wind up having a really fun session.

    Well hereís something you guys might find funny. So I got out of the locker room and still didnít know what I wanted to do. Then I saw this smoking hot chick doing crazy sh1t near the dbs so at that point I knew Iíd be workings with dbs. Lol

    These numbers are well below what I normally hit but itís the heaviest Iíve been able to go without shoulder pain in a long time. A theme today.

    Db incline 65x8,75x6, 70x6, 65x7

    Db incline with a 2-2-2 time scheme. The hold at the top isnít that hard but the negative is tight but that hold on the bottom makes these light weights feel heavy as heck. Went with as long as it took me to get up and get the next set of dbs for rest.

    Db incline fly. 3-3-3 scheme.

    The stretched portion sucks lol

  23. As each day goes on Iím starting to notice things. I have this ďhugeĒ feeling all day long and l feel like a hulk post workout for hours. My dad even commented on my traps looking bigger of course he called it neck area lol. But Iíve felt that myself so nice to see it wasnít just my mind playing tricks.

    Second thing Iíve noticed so far is now for two days in a row I just canít eat enough as the hunger is unreal.

    Third thing I typically get crazy doms two days post leg day and today just a tiny bit of quad sorenes. So I feel itís helping there as well.

    Last thing Iíve noticed so far is Iíve been extra attentive to all the women around lately. Well ok not all of them. So I see this definitely helps with libido as well.

    And yeah been having some great sessions since Iíve started so far
