    Intro
    Here we go with another log. Thanks to @Sean1332 and Controlled Labs for the opportunity to log the OG Formula of White Flood (never had this). I have had the newest White Flood and this label looks very different.

    I will be doing a month long log with a minimum of 3 post per week and final review in this log and in the Product Review section.

    Let's get it. Day one will be 10-2-2017.

    What do I expect?
    I expect to dose this at 1.5 scoops to 1) Slap me into work out mood 2) Boost the Beta Alanine into the recommended dosage 2-5g and take advantage of endurance when doing hypertrophy in my accessory work after my main lifts. 3) some pumps!

    Initial Review

    Taste: 6/10
    ~10oz cold water
    Disappointed! Name gives the impression of a bold lemonade flavor. Instead could barely taste it, actually borderline tasteless, and got after hints of artificial tasting lemonade. This reminded me of a flavored lemon-lime creatine HCL i had from body fortress, minus the sour. Will try with less water next time. Please note that the taste grade is not so much negative but neutral since it doesn't taste bad. It just doesn't taste "wow" good.

    Mixability: 10/10
    No issues and mixes with ease. No foam and no clumps.

    Performance: 10/10
    BOOM! I like! This thing is no joke at 1 scoop, but I wanted to take advantage of the BA performance like mentioned above in my opening post. I did a little less than 1/2 scoop and took it as an intra for this, but the initial 1 scoop kicked me in the face and got me going. No real tingles from BA.. I may be used to it now but my energy level was high. The beginning signs of jitters but never fully got there. Happy and focused mood. I was starting to fail a lot at around 12 reps but pushed out the rest of my reps to 15! The pump was great as well. Pic below.. never seen my left arm bicep vein pop out (non tatted arm) haha.

    Conclusion: 9/10
    Technically my points average out to 8.6, but I'm rounding up. Like I mentioned the flavor is not good, but it is not bad at all. No chemical taste, just slight artificial taste but nothing negative. The performance on this bad boy is great! Between 1 to 1.5 scoop for sure!

    Thoughts
    I enjoyed today's cardio. I woke up pretty exhausted and this quickly got me in the mood. I reduced the water level today to see if I got more of a flavoring. I did, but nothing pronounced. I am just surprised about such an awesome name with real taste not backing it up. 1 scoop worked well for cardio. Not enough caffeine in there for me, but just enough. sometimes it is good toning it down.

    Anyway, woke me right up and I was ready to go. Had some pretty hard pumps on my quads when doing leg extensions.

    vasodilator compounds in it. Probably the L-Arginine (2200 mg) cause your blood vessels to expand. I know It opens my sinuses.

    Makes sense. It felt weird both times. Today was a bit more intense haha

    Preworkout kicked in like usual. Pretty focused as usual and had a great workout. Nothing different to note. Solid pre-workout 3rd day in a row with no tolerance build up. This is just a solid pre and feels nicely balanced at this dose.

    White Flood kicked in nicely like always and hit it hard with deadlifts. I was pretty exhausted from the weekend so my stamina suffered. I had the initial power from the preworkout but the deads taxed me.

  23. Didnít use it today, but planning on using it tomorrow for some cardio. Interested to see if I notice any difference between this product and say like a thermo stim or just caffeinated drink.

    Great cardio session today. I upped the dosing a bit to about 1.5 scoops. No more of those cold nostril feelings. I was expecting to just do steady state, but damn white flood got me in the mood to start doing intervals. Kept my hoody on for extra sweating. If you want to turn up your cardio sessions, this will do the trick haha!
