Little About me: I'm 42. As of today I was 202 on the scale after a bad night of eating I have been training for powerlifting for about a year and 1/2. Before that my training was mostly high reps splits. My best lifts in competition are squat 450, Deadlift 550, and my weakest bench at 315. I have had some better lifts in training but wont count them. I have an annual push pull competition on October 7th. If I want to win the event as pound for pound my lifts need to be closer to 900+.
I received a 90 day supply of the IGF/MGF Patches from AgeForce. I want to put them to the test as I build up to the higher numbers on my lifts. I will be benching 3 days a week with an upperbody split, deadlifting once a week, squats once a week, and I'm teaching a dumbbell hiit cardio class once a week. I have started the patches, and I will take one per 3 days as instructed on the patches. I prefer taking them at night before bed on my stomach. When I put them on inside of my wrist I knock them off at night which I did when I took the Maximize patch in the past (((which gave me some of the best sleep in my life)).
