  1. AGEFORCE IGF-1+MGF 30 Days to Push / Pull Event


    Little About me: I'm 42. As of today I was 202 on the scale after a bad night of eating :-) I have been training for powerlifting for about a year and 1/2. Before that my training was mostly high reps splits. My best lifts in competition are squat 450, Deadlift 550, and my weakest bench at 315. I have had some better lifts in training but wont count them. I have an annual push pull competition on October 7th. If I want to win the event as pound for pound my lifts need to be closer to 900+.

    I received a 90 day supply of the IGF/MGF Patches from AgeForce. I want to put them to the test as I build up to the higher numbers on my lifts. I will be benching 3 days a week with an upperbody split, deadlifting once a week, squats once a week, and I'm teaching a dumbbell hiit cardio class once a week. I have started the patches, and I will take one per 3 days as instructed on the patches. I prefer taking them at night before bed on my stomach. When I put them on inside of my wrist I knock them off at night which I did when I took the Maximize patch in the past (((which gave me some of the best sleep in my life)).

    Macros300 Carbs / 200 Protein / 100 Fat - This will put me around 2900 calories a day. I've found I can eat all the healthy fat sources I want. y body loves them. Carbs are were I have issues hitting the numbers.

    Thoughts - I have been craving carbs. I then did a little research and found that was normal for IGF supplementation. I haven't been able to keep up diet correctly due to no power for a week.

    When do you put on the patch? pre or post workout? and it is one patch every 3 day?

    Every third day but I'm thinking I'm going to put it on post workout in evening every third day.

    I can tell you I am waking up and noticing that I'm low on carbs. I had no clue about this before starting this and my late day workout which I'm going to post I really felt it. Now that I have power I'm going to hopefully be able to get the appropriate nutrition for this supplement.

    Thoughts - I have to work on eating more carbs plain simple. I feel it when I don't have enough. I took a high stim preworkout which really had me sweating. I threw it out. If a preworkout gives me a runny nose I throw it away. Certain forms of Y do this to me. I don't understand using it in preworkouts as Ive always thought it was for weight loss and if you're lifting weights it just makes you sweat and takes away from mind muscle connection.

    Thoughts - Changing your training brings out changes imo. Doing the higher reps to failure the day before I could feel it today. That said my macros were on point today hitting the 300 carbs 200 protein and 100 fats. I believe hitting right amount of nutrients is important with this supplement as I don't see it as a supplement for cutting it's more of a mass supplement. I could be wrong but just what my body is telling me.

    Eh all of that is hard to put a finger on. I am taking an all in one pre that has some decent pump ingredients. I have been training differently to try and stimulate some new muscle growth
