Workout Routine:
Full Body 3x per week to help stimulate some new growth. I have done many splits, along with 5/3/1 and other well known strength programs but I just recently came across information on John Grimek and it sparked a lot of interest so I am testing it out! If you don't know about him, look him up!
Stats:
5 '10 @ 195lbs
Diet:
Planning to intake around 3000-3200cal per day depending on how much I gain per week.
