  1. Hit some chest/bis last night for my second workout. Did a lot of volume/super sets/drop sets. Been keeping the reps relatively high for me, in the 15-20 range, using decently heavy weight.

    Iíve moved my PM dose of Veinquish to right before bed on an empty stomach. Iím noticing Iím much dryer when I wake up and I feel awesome. Took these this morning...

    So Iíve moved on to my 3rd of 4 bottles of Veinquish. My plan is to still continue with the 2am/2pm dosing schedule.

    Weight was 217lbs this morning which is good. Iíve actually adding a couple hundred more calories to my diet this past week. Gained nothing A++

    Workouts have also been outstanding. I workout at the very end of my 16-18 hour fast. Pumps and muscle fullness are on point. I literally feel a sense of euphoria right when I get the pump haha It might even start when I stretch my chest out. I feel terrific on this stuff from a mental standpoint.

    Here was todayís workout, ton of volume, high reps, drop sets, great workout overall. I honestly forget a lot of the workouts there were so many haha.

    Back/Delts

    Double DB Row/Single DB Row SS

    Vbar pulldown/vbar cable row SS

    Did a few more back movements then hit shoulders.

    Seated BTN BB press/seated front press SS
    95x15x4/95x15x4

    Seated DB Shoulder press/straight bar upright row SS
    50x20x4/60x15x4

    Did a bunch of front/side DB raises after this along with that weird side lateral machine(dunno what itís called). Ended with some reverse peck deck. I was beat after this and am still beat.

    Iím gonna try and remember to post some fasted morning pics tomorrow and then some evening pics so yíall can see the difference a few meals makes on me haha. Or at least the difference I ďthinkĒ they make.

    Awesome workout, extremely quad dominant. First leg session this week hit a ton of hamstrings.

  10. Ate more carbs then usual yesterday so my weight was up a couple lbs. Roughly 220lbs this morning but, I still felt good and somewhat lean this morning. Hit some legs today.

  13. Hit some chest/tri/abs today. Felt pretty good. Weights actually up again??? 225.6lbs this morning. Haha I feel good though. Still feel like Iím waking up ďleanĒ every morning. Pretty confident the weight gain is due to an increase in protein. Added in 1 scoop whey preworkout and 2 scoops prebed.

    Then I hit some tris and abs. Overall solid workout. Last bottles almost gone, should have another week or so left.
