    UPDATE:

    Had a busy weekend(treated myself to the Mr. Olympia) but, still managed to get in a couple workouts and kept up with my Veinquish dosing.

    Also received a nice package from Vein Nutrition on Friday.

    Love Controlled Burn, these things ruin my appetite. I tried the rupture today preworkout and holy **** haha. I legitimately still feel the effects almost 10 hours later. Have yet to try a Vein Nutrition product that I haven't liked. Workout will be posted up tonight!

  12. Just did an hour of cardio and some abdominals. About 50 minutes on the treadmill ranging from 3-8 incline and 3-10 for speed. Ended with a 10 minute burnout on the elliptical. I think in total I burned around 600 cals. Sweatin like a mofo.

  15. Got in some late night cardio. Little over an hour on the treadmill. Speeds and incline were ever changing, I think I burned roughly 700 cals which was nice. Gonna hit some chest tomorrow and possibly arms. Will post my workout at some point

    Hit some chest yesterday along with some late night cardio again. Solid workout, weights were moving nicely and I just felt overall pretty dam good.

    Todayís lift was legs. Did a bunch of volume, pumps were almost unbearable at times. Did a lot of drop sets and higher rep ranges(for me)Iíve also been doing the majority of my squatting movements with a very narrow stance and increasing the time under tension.

    As for the Veinquish, I honestly feel like itís starting to kick in. Nothing major, very subtle, Iíve been waking up drier then usual and I feel like my love handles are going away nicely. Still doing 2am/2pm with the occasional 4 at night because I confuse myself and donít remember if I took my morning dose haha. Possible pics and an updated weight hopefully tomorrow.

    Yessir, thank you. I really like this stuff so far. Iíve had a super busy week. I just got done driving west to east coast which was a pain in the a$$. Outa my 3 day drive I only missed 1 day in the gym which was tight. Worked out in a couple different states.

  25. Hit some chest/bis last night for my second workout. Did a lot of volume/super sets/drop sets. Been keeping the reps relatively high for me, in the 15-20 range, using decently heavy weight.

    Iíve moved my PM dose of Veinquish to right before bed on an empty stomach. Iím noticing Iím much dryer when I wake up and I feel awesome. Took these this morning...
