Thank you pyrobatt also Choas and Pain, for the opportunity to run this log!! I will be logging Choas and Pain's Chemical Four Anabolic Precursor as per label directions (1 capsule 2 times per day) for 8 weeks, after that I will be using their Cannubal Alpha PCT (3 cap once per day) for 4 week. I will also be using their Pre-Workout (bought on my own dime) Cannibal Ferox Amped for as long as the tub last.
I will be lifting (4) days per week fasted in the AM and doing fasted cardio 2 days per week. I lift at home in my basement by self (I never have top wait for a piece of equipment). My workouts usually last about 1 hour.
The workout and log will start on Monday.
For those of you who don't know me (I hope we can get a few new folks in here) I am 59 years old, 5'5' tall, started training 33 years ago at a body weight of 235lb, I got down to 150lbs in 9 months, I have worked my way back up to (as of this morning) 189lbs with about the same amount of body fat I had at 150lbs.
I would like to lose a bit of body fat while on this stack. I will keep my calories at around 1800 - 2000 per day.
Let's see if we can get a few friends in here.
