Big shout out to Muscle Research for having me try this.
History
I've been doing keto for ever and a day. Even before it became kool!
To be a little specific, I did old school Atkins for years - not always to cut weight; rather I felt better with less carbs and it kept my blood numbers healthy.
The last 3.5 years I've been on strict keto more or less continuously. Not some newfangled version like 75/20/5 - rather I focus on having enough fat for energy, enough protein for muscle, and keep my carbs negligible.
Issues of Keto
As I see it, there are 3 main issues when doing keto:
1. The amount of time it takes to get into ketosis
2. The physical issues and feelings involved while attaining a ketogenic state
3. Keeping your energy up while performing a cardiovascular centric workout.
As Keto Salt should directly address all 3 issues, I am extremely excited to run this.
============================
I will be having a MASSIVELY carb heavy scheduled "cheat meal" Tuesday night, so my first scoop should be Wednesday morning.
I will be mainly addressing:
Quickness of attainig ketosis
Avoidance of "keto flu"
Energy during high cardio workouts
Taste and Palatability
I will be switching over for the duration to a high rep/high set/60-90 second breaks style, so my weight workout will also serve as a test of cardio energy.
If this lives up to expectations - I will be one ecstatic guy!

Final Review
This is not rocket science: it does what it's supposed to do - extremely well! - and it even tastes good.
Energy - solid, even, and constant. Will get you through a workout plus, without stimhead, jitters, or crash.
Appetite supression - good to extremely good
Taste - food grade delicous. No supp aftertaste.
I'm loving this!
