    Morning Weight 207, Due to drinking 3 beers yesterday.. lol

    I had Great Shoulder and Back Workout! Radiate and Absolutely Abliderated, is treating me pretty good! also I did 1 scoop of Radiate 0600, and 1 scoop before workout today at 1600..


  2. Chest Barbell

    Decline/10 sets + 100 push-ups
    Incline/10 sets + 100 push-ups
    Flat/10 sets + 100 push-ups

    I had a Great workout this morning and the Pump that I receive in Chest,Traps, was Amazing!

    I hit My goal this morning waistline is 31! Did workout at home this morning.

    Abs/10 sets

    Decline Barbell/10sets
    Incline Barbell/10sets

    Thinking about going to the gym this Evening after work to do cardio.

  17. I'm not great at judging body fat % but ya couldn't be far off 8-9. You look great mate you should def do a show you've got the genetics and a very well balanced physique. If I ever get close to looking like you I'll be a very happy man lol you're training sessions are crazy btw I feel like a lazy twat when I see what you're doing.
