First a big thanks to thank muscleResearch for supplying me with one bottle of Katanadrol.

Stats: 225lbs 5.5" and BF uncertain.

Hx: Been bbing for over 20 years now. Age is 38. Used a lot of PH,DS,SARMS,DHEA products.

Training - about 4 to 5 days in gym. Hit one muscle group per day.

Goals- I got the mass I want. Trying hard to lean out. Hopefully Katanadrol will help!!

DAY 1-ARMS

BB curls 10,20,30 each side- 10 to 12 reps- 4 sets total
Alternating curls 40,45,50- set done then superset with 20s. 10 to 12 reps- 3 sets total
Concentration curls- 40lb set done then superset with 20s. 10 to 12 reps-3 sets total
preacher Curls- 90,80,703-10 to 12 reps- 3 sets total
rope curls- 140,130,120 -10 to 12 reps-3 sets total
hammer curls 30,35,40-10 to 12 reps-3 sets total

Triceps

Rope pull down 70,80,90,100 10 to 20 reps-3 sets total
dips machine 180-10 to 20 reps-3 sets total
kickbacks- 15lbs- 10 to 20 reps-3 sets total
close grip bench wide bar 1x45 each side- 10 to 12 reps- 4 sets total
skull crusher 60lb preload gold bar-10 to 20 reps-3 sets total

Took 2 cap in morning and headed to gym. The only thing noticed on day 1 was the 150mg of caffeine which gave me a good boost. I plan on not using a Pre- the 150mg should just do the trick. So far thoughts are the the 1-DHEA is underdosed. But I am running this and keeping a open mind and will always be honest with you.

I would of liked the dose to be 3 caps=300mg daily...but it is what it is, I am still expecting to see some results!!!

Thanks for the honest opinion. We have gotten lots of feedback about the lower DHEA dose.

The initial formula was super focused on someone running a cutting cycle and not a big bulking cycle. We were thinking not a lot of eating, just some lean muscle maintenance. Probably a little to focused on contest prep for Nixon Chong.

May have missed the mark. Lot's of people have gotten great results, especially stacking with other products.

Love the up front conversation about the formula though. This is what we were looking for in logs. We want our products to work.

FRONT RAISES DB- 40,45,50 -3 SETS 10-12 reps
Plates Raises- 45 then 35 -3 set 8-10 reps
Cable Raises- 80,90,100 - 3 sets 10 reps

Rope Delt pulls- 60,70,80,90 - 4 sets 10-20 reps
Rear cable flys- 40,45,50 - 3 sets 10-20 reps
Rear Delt machine- 70,80,90,100 -4 sets 10-20 reps

Side Delt machine - 90,100,110 -3 sets 10 reps
Cable side raises-35,40,45 - 3 set 8-10 reps
DB cable raises- to failure with any weight possible - 2 sets reps range 20-30

Traps
Sitted trap machine reverse sitted 3x45 each side - 3 sets
Standing trap machine - reverse grip-3x45 each side- 3 sets

Taking 2 cap pre. Delts hit good with lots of volume. Delts grow like weeds for me. I do feel that I am sweating more than normal-but then it hot here in MD. Feeling in high mood-now two days of work ahead. Still taking on work days too.

Taking 2 cap pre. Chest hit hard. I am now feeling the Katanadrol in my system. Leaning out and harden up. Also muscle have a grainer look. Hoping to see more as days go by. I also added in 30 min of cardio after weights.

Big..but conditioning has always been a issue...eating clean...but now adding in cardio for 3 days...let see what happen with that and Katanadrol
what day are you on?

Same here. Frankly I just love food too much. I cannot stay clean.

I'm convinced if I get big enough it won't matter what or how much I eat.

Taking 2 cap pre. Arm workout was great...pump came on strong and kept riding it. nice boost with the 150mg caffeine. Hardening still going on- at a mid pace. Arms are a strong body part and one of my favorite to train. Overall in high mood and still doing 30 min of cardio after....so trying to get leaner as days go by.

Taking 2 cap pre. Still leaning out. I been sweating a lot more than normal. Even at rest I am sweating. This tend to have strong diuretic feel to it. I have also been doing cardio after training. So feeling stronger and leaner more and more.

FINAL REVIEW-

Thanks again to muscleResearch for supplying me with one bottle of Katanadrol. So I took 2 caps per day. It took a good 6 to 8 day to feel anything. The first affect was I was sweating a lot more and also peeing a lot more. I think this is due to the diuretic benefits of Katanadrol. So at first you lean out and then harden. This was a great “water pill”. As far as any PH affect..it was mild and I think this is due to the 1-DHEA begin under dosed. I did have a good amount of energy in the gym and overall liked Katanadrol for harden affect. I just feel that the 1-DHEA dose need to come up to at least 300mg per 2 caps. The other component as great and if redesigned I am sure this would be a killer supp.
