First off, I would like to give a big thanks to MySTeek for picking me for this opportunity.

Initial Review based on the following....
Taste
Mixability
Profile
Cost

This log will be a running log where I will be posting all of the different recipes that I try out with MST New Zealand Whey - Wild Berry. I am planning to make anything from cookies to coffee creamer.

Once the product is in I will start the cooking!!!!

INITIAL THOUGHTS:
Mixed one scoop with 6oz of water last night just to get a feel the flavor.

Taste: sweeter than I expected with it being Stevia-based. Good berry taste leaning a little towards strawberry.

Mixability: no clumping and I even let the scoop float for about a min before mixing it up.

Probably whipping up the cream cheese cookies tonight or tomorrow, then I'm thinking about coffee creamer, and maybe a basic bagel spread..... we'll see!

Used the rest of the batter to keep and use as Wild Berry Cream Cheese Spread for pancakes or bagels, or anything else that it sounds good on!

Gonna whip some more recipes this week. Had another anxiety attack on Father's Day so I have just been out of it for the last couple days....

Imagine hearing someone say this in public from the next table over. I imagine our society isn't even surprised with stuff they don't understand anymore.

Okay, I finally got around to making them!!!

I kept the recipe short and sweet for easy prepping.

Wilberry/Strawberry Crepes:
2 Scoops WB New Zealand Whey Protein
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1 Cup Egg Whites
4 Packets of Splenda (I love the stuff, but sweeten to your liking)

Pour a thin layer of the batter in the a pan and flip once it is solid enough to flip. Simple

TIP: Be careful about over cooking these as they cook fast. :)

Filling is the Whey Cream Cheese Recipe from earlier in the thread that was actually a batter for my cookies + sliced strawberries + a little whipped cream.

Finished Product:
