Sorry for the delay - came back from vacation and screwed my back up and unaligned my hips working on my friends deck.
I want to thank mind and muscle and Olympus labs for letting me give this a go.
First impressions are everything and while I am not a huge Grape flavor fan, this is okay. Flavor 3/5 for a person that like grape. Mixability is 3/5 - foams up and there is a bit of grit at the bottom. Effectiveness - well this is what this log is for.
As of right now I am 158. I just went on a run and this made me sweat hard and gave me energy but no jitters. So this is a plus. I am a bit of a stim junky so caffeine doesn't really hit me hard like someone that doesn't consume caffeine often.

I want to cut up my midsection and lean out so this will be a staple and I will keep you guys posted.
