Thanks to Hitech people for sending me out a tub of Green Apple Candy Mesomorph. I have had samples of Mesomorph. I've tried Rocket Pop and Tutti Frutti. ((my buddy had a tub of the tutti frutti)). I think both are okay flavors but neither wow'd me.
About me - I'm 42. 5'10 205. In mid 2000s I gained a crap load of weight after being someone who was always generally healthy. I'd go to the gym but was never serious. I ended up hitting 270+. I had to do something about that. I dieted down for almost 2 years. I ended losing 100 pounds. I worked out like a fiend. I never wanted to take a day off. During that time, I destroyed my metabolism. I was so strict. I ended up getting to a point where my body wouldn't lose weight unless I was at a 1700 calorie per day diet. I've spent the last two years eating well, but healthy. My training now is geared more towards strength. I've participated in several powerlifting events. My bests are Bench 305 ((I know bad)) Squat 415 and Deadlift 525. I'd like to inch closer to that 1500 total at 181lbs. In addition, I am a NASM CPT. I instruct wellness class for the county I work at. I also run a bootcamp fitness class two nights a week. I stay busy. Sometimes I work out at 5am sometimes at 5pm. It just depends where I can fit it in.
Mesmorph - No doubt this is a good preworkout. It has nitrates and citrulline for pumps. The energy and focus are aided by dmaa and caffeine combo. It also has a lot of nice ergogenic aids such as creatin o phosphate and beta alanine ((which gives you tingles)).
