Thanks to Hitech people for sending me out a tub of Green Apple Candy Mesomorph. I have had samples of Mesomorph. I've tried Rocket Pop and Tutti Frutti. ((my buddy had a tub of the tutti frutti)). I think both are okay flavors but neither wow'd me.

About me - I'm 42. 5'10 205. In mid 2000s I gained a crap load of weight after being someone who was always generally healthy. I'd go to the gym but was never serious. I ended up hitting 270+. I had to do something about that. I dieted down for almost 2 years. I ended losing 100 pounds. I worked out like a fiend. I never wanted to take a day off. During that time, I destroyed my metabolism. I was so strict. I ended up getting to a point where my body wouldn't lose weight unless I was at a 1700 calorie per day diet. I've spent the last two years eating well, but healthy. My training now is geared more towards strength. I've participated in several powerlifting events. My bests are Bench 305 ((I know bad)) Squat 415 and Deadlift 525. I'd like to inch closer to that 1500 total at 181lbs. In addition, I am a NASM CPT. I instruct wellness class for the county I work at. I also run a bootcamp fitness class two nights a week. I stay busy. Sometimes I work out at 5am sometimes at 5pm. It just depends where I can fit it in.

Mesmorph - No doubt this is a good preworkout. It has nitrates and citrulline for pumps. The energy and focus are aided by dmaa and caffeine combo. It also has a lot of nice ergogenic aids such as creatin o phosphate and beta alanine ((which gives you tingles)).

Initial Thoughts - Okay so I had an early am workout. I ate a banana, great yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter as my preworkout meal. I took my mesomorph 3/4 scoop in 8oz of water. First time to access tolerance. Pumps were solid. Energy was good. I'm going to go one more day at 3/4 scoop before taking full scoop.

Thoughts - So i went against my better judgement, and went with a full scoop in 8oz of water to give it a fair flavor assessment. Flavor is definitely candy sweet. It's not the normal sour apple flavor you get. A lot of times apple flavor all I taste a lot of the black pepper derivatives that are used for absorption. This could be any apple not just green cause it's not really sour. It's a sweet apple flavor. Its a flavor I don't have to down, and is enjoyable to sip on. The pre kicked in quickly. I noticed slight tingles on my forehead right above my eyes within 10 minutes. The energy was great and long lasting. I went to the gym by my work which is only about a mile down the road. I was glad that the initial rush of energy hit quickly. It is something I'll consider if i go to the gym that's near my house ((i go two gyms one near my work other near my house)). The workout was long and hard. I noticed leg pump hours later. I'm not a huge fan of huge leg pumps, but it did not hinder me at all during this workout.

Thoughts - I mixed Mesomorph around 30 minutes before I was going to drink it. I shook it real good, and went on a walk. I came back. It was a darker green color. Drinking this was a much different experience than shaking a few times and drinking it quickly. The flavor was extremely sweet after giving it some time to sit in 8oz of water. When I do this next time I will certainly use more water. It was almost too sweet for me, but still a very good flavor. This was also my first fasted training with Mesmorph. Of course, it hit much harder. I powered through my workout with great focus and purpose.

It's for Scholarship program at the YMCA. First time I don't know how they're going to judge bench. It makes a big difference. I went to one charity event and they were doing touch and goes, and they were like why are you pausing on your chest?
