So want to shout out huge thanks to the APS team for choosing me to try this product.
I am not new to Mesomorph... used Rocket Pop/Pink Lemonade and tutti frutti..NOW trying this greeen apple.

So I'll keep a log and update the taste as I go.. right now I still like the pink lemonade the best...
Figured I'll put up yesterday's workout
Today crushed my back session

Deadstop/reset deadlifts 495(5)x4 sets 545(2)605(2)--felt pretty good considering I deadlifted 2 days ago(hamstring focused)
Barbell Seal rows- 195(6)x4 215(5)x2 DS 190(5)DS 165(6) DS 110(6)--- BRUTAL

Wide Grip Pulls ups- BW+25(5)x5 sets
Tbar Pulldowns- 205(10)x3 set
1 arm pulldown-80(12)x3 sets
Shrugs- 275(10)x3 sets
Dante low cable rows-125(12)x3 sets

Dumbell Curls-45(10)50(10)
Cable Curls- 2 sets of 12 reps
Leverage PReacher Curls- 55lbs(10)X2 sets

Mesomorph just provides you with incredible energy.. I do crash a little bit after NO DOUBT about it but its worth the killer workout it really is... so I use it on days I am not working where I can lazy around after

Today Crushed legs

Leg Press- 5pps(10)6pps(10)7pps(10)7pps+25(8) Strip Set 6pps(5) 5pps(5) 4pps(5)
Paused Squats- 315(4)335(4)345(4)x3 315(4)--- lots of good volume
Stiff Leg Deads-315(7)x2 345(7)x2

Barbell Glute Thrusts- 285(8)x4 sets----haven't done these in like 6months
Glute Kickback machien(OH YEAH) full stack 3 set of 12
Lying Leg curl- 160(12)x4 sets
Seated Leg Curl- 4 sets of 12 reps
Leg Ext- 190(15)x4 sets

then did Occluded walking lunges(bodyweight) 2 sets of 20 steps each leg

HOLY COW great workout

this new green apple is pretty good... like the other flavors... its pretty sweet tasting I like it!

Really liking this flavor! nice and sweet and doesn't taste overly chemical considering dmaa and other strong ingredients are in there

Crushed this back workout worked up to a single with 665(PR) getting close to that 7 plates mark.. I may look into a drug tested push pull... my squat is relatively bad compared to the other two lifts

Shoulders plus some Triceps--- today

Arnold Press- 70,75,80(8)---really liking the stretch at the bottom (also I do this with a slight pause)
Side Laterals Braced against bench(no swing) 20(12)25(12)x2--- did these and tried to bring them past my ears(higher up)
Seated side LAterals ---30(12)x2 sets
Cable Side laterals---2 heavy sets of 10 reps

CG smith Machine bench-2pps(8)2pps+25(6)x2 ,2pps+35(5)
Vbar cable extensions-90(12)x4 sets
CG push ups- 4 sets of 20

Rear Dumbelll fly- 20lbs(12)x3 sets

Conditioning work-- sit up bench-- 5 sets of 12(slow and controlled)
10 mins of treadmill --2 min warm up 7 min run 1 min cool down--- did 1.1 miles on a 2.5 incline the whole time....got to get this to a 1.5 miles in under 13 mins in the next 3 weeks or so... will be doing more sit up/ab work as well

I am not using Meso--every day mostly legs/back days where I feel I really need that DMAA.. Don't want to get dependant on it.

Back today--
4 inch Deficit deads- 495(3)525(3)545(3)565(3)x2
CG Pull ups(BW +35lbs)x 3 sets of 7 reps
LEverage ISo High Row- 3 sets of 15
Wide Neutral Grip Pulldown-4 sets of 12
Barbell Seal Rows- 195(10)x4 sets

Spider Dumbell Curls- 25(12)30(12)35(10)
Incline Dumbell Curls- 30(10)35(10)
Rope Cable Curls 4 sets of 12
Reverse Barbell Curls- 60(12)x2

Great workout today

Good stuff man and YES I do the same thing when I am running a stim based pre. I don't use it everyday as I feel like it'll become a crutch

I mostly use it on my hard training days (Mostly back and legs, sometimes chest)
