About me and my training style
I am 6"4 283lbs a father of 2 boys and a loving husband to a great woman we both live a active and healthy lifestyle we train 4 - 6 days a week mostly separate and we try to eat as healthy as possible
My training style varies from month to month I train early mornings before work for this cycle my training will go as follows
Warmup 10 reps kb swings, Push-ups, prison squat, band pull a parts,
Day 1 5 reps 5 sets 20 seconds rest
Incline bench press /cable crossover
Deadlift / lat pull down
Military press / plate raise
Squat / leg extension
Barbell shrug /plate raise
Day 2 arms/ cardio
circuit 5 rounds* 20 seconds* each exercise 30 seconds rest
Kb swings
Kneeling ab cable crunch
Lower back extensions
Sprints on tread mill
Day 3 7 reps 4 sets 20* seconds rest
Flat bench press / incline fly
Rack pulls / Tbar row
Military press on knees / lat reise
Front Squat / hammy curls
Barbell shrug /face pulls

Novedex xt 1 in the morning 1 at night
Plasma jet 4 caps 4 times a week
Creatien 5 grams daily
Fish oil 4 caps a day
Multi vitamin
I know people will say I need a serm but this cycle wasn't harsh at all I never felt shut down my libido has been high and the boys are normal, I know my body and it feels great this cycle should be the icing on the cake I've taken much harsher products with no PCT and recovery went well

2500 cals
300 gs of protein
225 g's of carbs
110 g's of fat
I'm hoping to lean out slightly while adding muscle this is setting me up for my next run wich will be a cut
