Sup peeps I just finished up a 90 day run of lgd 10 mgs a day and a 8 week run of chemical one and epidrone this was a good stack now Im heading into PCT, I would like to thank Big_Spaz dougefresh93 danielmoo for this opportunity to log this product.

About me and my training style

I am 6"4 283lbs a father of 2 boys and a loving husband to a great woman we both live a active and healthy lifestyle we train 4 - 6 days a week mostly separate and we try to eat as healthy as possible

My training style varies from month to month I train early mornings before work for this cycle my training will go as follows

Warmup 10 reps kb swings, Push-ups, prison squat, band pull a parts,

Day 1 5 reps 5 sets 20 seconds rest
Incline bench press /cable crossover
Deadlift / lat pull down
Military press / plate raise
Squat / leg extension
Barbell shrug /plate raise

Day 2 arms/ cardio
circuit 5 rounds* 20 seconds* each exercise 30 seconds rest
Kb swings
Kneeling ab cable crunch
Lower back extensions
Sprints on tread mill


Day 3 7 reps 4 sets 20* seconds rest
Flat bench press / incline fly
Rack pulls / Tbar row
Military press on knees / lat reise
Front Squat / hammy curls
Barbell shrug /face pulls

Day 4* arms/cardio 4 rounds* 20 seconds each exercise 30 seconds rest
Kb swing
Kneeling ab cable crunch
Lower back extensions
Sprints on tread mill

Day 5 12 reps 3 sets 20 seconds rest

Incline db press / fb fly
Tbar row/close grip pull down
Db military press / db front raise
Db squat / calve raise
Db shrug

Day 6 arms/cardio 3 rounds* 20 seconds each exercise 30 seconds rest
Kb swing
Kneeling ab cable crunch
Lower back extensions
Sprints on tread mill

Day 7* 20 reps 2 sets 20 seconds rest

Flat leverage bench /standing incline fly
Bent over row / db pullover
Smith shoulder press / cable lat raise
Hack squat
Trap bar shrug

Day 8 rest

I keep rest periods short and intensity high

Supplements I will be taking

Novedex xt 1 in the morning 1 at night

Plasma jet 4 caps 4 times a week

Creatien 5 grams daily

Fish oil 4 caps a day

Multi vitamin
I know people will say I need a serm but this cycle wasn't harsh at all I never felt shut down my libido has been high and the boys are normal, I know my body and it feels great this cycle should be the icing on the cake I've taken much harsher products with no PCT and recovery went well

Diet plan

2500 cals
300 gs of protein
225 g's of carbs
110 g's of fat

I'm hoping to lean out slightly while adding muscle this is setting me up for my next run wich will be a cut

Day 1 of training is in the books had a good session this morning took 1 cap of novedex xt
Plasma jet 4 caps
Creatien 5 grams pwo warmed up and got rollin the workout was

5 reps 5 sets 20 seconds rest
Incline bench press /cable crossover
Deadlift / lat pull down
Military press / plate raise
Squat / leg extension
Barbell shrug /plate raise

Pump was on body felt good sweat was pouring off of me strength was also good more to come

Pump was insane arms are still sore didnt have time for cardio, tomorrow I will be taking the day off my wife's birthday and we have to take our little ma to San Francisco to see a dermatologist I will resume on Friday

You have a great physique man (no homo), honestly.

You are definitely someone who should see some really nice body comp changes with Novedex XT (hopefully it's going well for you, it definitely seems to be) because those with slightly lower bodyfat to begin with should definitely get the hardening/leaning effects out of the product much more than someone who has a higher bodyfat number to start (they will get more of the libido boost and the strength gains I would have to guess).

Either way keep it up and I'll be following!

Day 6 woke up tired from a long week but had a killer workout took 1 cap novedex xt Creatien 5 grams 4 caps of Plasma jet warmed up then went to work the workout was

Pump city was in full effect!! I wish I would have gotten a jug of super pump to go along with this stack but 1 week on this cycle is in the books and all is well I feel leaner and I seen some new veins pop up I will resume training on Monday

Definitely give it more time and keep the training and diet consistent. I started to really notice the changes (body comp wise and strength) around the beginning of the Week 3 mark.

My arms wer on fire excellent pump a side note woke up a few pounds lighter this morning 282lbs I find that odd i ate like a horse all weekend due to my nephews dedication we cooked out from Friday to Sunday it was cool to see alot of family i haven't seen in a while so I know novedex is working more updates to come
