So far I can tell you at twice a day, I am feeling like I'm on Bcaa that is on steroids lol. My recovery is awesome. Strength is there as well hunger . Maybe that's good I'm guessing . Pictures this week.

Wow. My gluts are sore. I'm definitely pushing harder with this product. My traps are finally comming in. Today I will do some abs . I'm also eating more as this is making me hungry.

So far it is. I think for pct or even stand alone this could be a great product. Joints feel great and strength is up.

So today is chest and shoulders and I feel strong. Rest times are on par with my sheet which is ether 80 or 40 seconds so I'm getting better at keeping on time.

So one thing I have noticed is I'm recovering faster and I'm more hungry. I may have mentioned that before. I will also have some blood work done in 4 weeks so will be perfect to see if my levels elevate.
My traps look like there is more muscle . You can clearly see it in the mirror. Nothing I dislike so far . This day 12 and I've told people at the gym what I'm talking .

So today is week two with
squats 8,6,4,8,6,4
Bench 10,8,6,10,8,6
Pull-ups c1 dead lifts c2 7 reps 7 sets
And compared to last week my starting warm up weight was up so I can feel my strength.

Having issues loading pictures. So this is almost 12 days in and I'm loving my strength so far. Even with out my preworkout I feel strong.

I did compound work and compared to last week I pushed a lot harder. Keeping my food the same calories are in the same range as usual. Can't complain so far.

Today is leg day with heavy weights and low reps as well as higher 21s.
I'm loving my strength today with my warm ups way easier than last week
315lbs on the hack Squat for 8. Killed it. Haven't hacked that much in several months

My front hack squat is tearing it up today. 280lbs 8 reps . I even stated with higher weights compared to last week.

Man I hit the gym hard. Even with it being packed I felt very strong . In fact all my rest periods were a lot close to my 40 seconds vs a minute.

Today i destroyed legs. I can already feel them when I walk up stairs.
This week is a new program so next week I will know if I got stronger. I felt strong that's for sure.

Had breakfast with Carl today . Back and biceps today . I definitely feel strong . Dead lifted 21/14 7/21/14/7 and man felt awesome.

So my quads and gluts were not as strong as I would have liked and that's from yesterday's work out. I hit it to hard that it made me suffer today's workout lol.

Yesterday was my one day off for my fiancés birthday . Today I hit it hard with chest and back . I also got back in to my vacuums 3x a day. Strength is up and feeling great.

Today blasted arms and compared to last week felt a lot easier . Didn't have time to do more due to lot of work but tomorrow will be another huge day.
One thing is taking it every day feels like it helps.

So this week has finished and compared to last week all my numbers have increased . Mostly in keeping my rest times short.
Joints are fine .
My weight has only gone up a lb but my strength is where I'm liking the product so far.
About a weeks worth left . I will confirm tomorrow

One thing I noticed is my hunger is up a tad when I take it .
Also my lactic acid burn I normally feel I would end up stoping the set but this week I plowed right threw phase 5 of mi40
