Hey all! Thanks to BPS for giving me the chance to log Epidrone! This is my first foray into anything stronger than a Natty T booster, so I'm anxious to see the results and get to work! I'm hoping to drop a few lb's and tighten up. Side goal is to lose two pounds by Monday so I can win some money, lol. I'm currently 208 lbs, down from about 220 a month and a half ago. I am lifting three days a week, Full body each day and really liking the results so far. I also do cardio at least 3 days a week. We have a Peleton bike at work, so my cardio is spin classes. I've had a bunch of knee problems so it's really a great way to get some high intensity cardio in. Anyways, thanks for joining in, will be updating daily so please fire away with any comments or questions. Starting pics in the next post!

First weights workout in the books. Had a ton of motivation today! Walked out feeling super pumped. Took first dose this morning at 7am. Took 3 caps yesterday so on day two here.

Day 3
Got up early this morning for some spin action on the Peleton. It really is a great way to get cardio in, and burn a lot of calories. Had time for a 30 minute class today, rode close to 12 miles and burnt close to 600 calories. Weight was still 208. Slept like a dream last night and just feeling all around good.

Day 4
Had a great workout today. Was a little sleepy today from our fantasy draft last night, stayed up a bit later than usual. I know it's early, but I felt super strong today. Did more reps than Monday and was adding weight as I got further along. Even ate a bit poorly last night, and woke up gaining no weight and feeling tighter.

Front DB raise 4x12
Machine curls 4x12

DB shoulder press 2x12

I would be dead if I went 12 miles on a bike. I don't even remember the last time I rode a bike other than riding circles in my in-laws shop on my daughter's little bike just for giggles.

Yea, it's awesome cardio for sure. I've done close to 25 rides now and my cardio is so much better since I've started. It tracks so much data, it's neat to see how much I'm improving. Quads are growing quickly as well

Day 5
Rolling right along here. I haven't been noticing the hunger as some of the others, but that's good for me as I'm looking to lose weight. Was actually up a lb today, I have a dietbet going on, so now need to drop 4 lbs by Monday, but shouldn't be a prob as I was down over goal last weekend. Today was 25 mins intervals on the elliptical for cardio, weights tomorrow and spin on Saturday upcoming.

Definitely feeling a nice endurance boost here lately. No sides to speak of at all yet, back down to 208 this morning and feeling pretty lean. Today was volume day for weights and really felt strong. Pumps were legit as well. Really enjoying the run so far.

Did some liss cardio and abs yesterday, did a hiit spin class today, kicked my arse! Down to 207, less than a pound to lose by tomorrow to win my DietBet

Hit my diet bet goal! Will find out on Thursday how much cash I won, prolly not much but at least got my $30 back. Down 2lbs since starting Epidrone and feeling great. Down at 206, endurance up and strength still good. 0 side effects so far as well. Will post a halfway pic next week before heading on vacation.

Kept at it yesterday with some LISS cardio, was dragging a bit after hitting up a concert Monday night but powered through! Still noticing amazing endurance, pumps are getting more pronounced as well. Veins are really starting to show as well, I've never seen them as much as I did today on preacher curls. Feels good man

Day 12, got after it with some spin today. Did an intense HIIT session and got an awesome sweat going. Starting to notice some joint discomfort the past two days, nothing terrible yet but will be keeping an eye on. Weight still down at 206

BUSY but good weekend. Took the kiddo to her first White Sox game Saturday, then did our Easter on Sunday since we'll be out of town for actual Easter. Managed to get a nice outdoor bike ride in yesterday, about 9 miles at a quick pace, so didn't completely skip out! Been taking Epidrone as usual, still getting great endurance, 0 sides and I'm noticing it help me keep weight off. Didn't eat the best on Saturday due to 6 hours in a car and a baseball game, but still down at 206.
Workouts flipped this week so it was high volume again today, and I felt great and strong.

She's only 3 1/2 but she seemed to have a good time! They gave her a certificate and button for it being her first game, for free. Pretty cool. And she humored me by taking a pic by the big frank pic

Rocked some Tabata this morning on the spin bike. Sweat dripping, it was an intense cardio session, did over 7 miles in 20 mins. Feeling good! Leave for Cali on Friday, will continue dosing on vacation, will likely get a few workouts in as well. The wife is training for a half marathon so she'll be wanting to get a few workouts in too

Got in a good workout today before I leave on a Jetplane tomorrow! Fly into LAX, gonna drive up the coast and eventually leave from San Fran. Staying first night in Venice, right next to muscle beach, will have to take a pic or two.

Back home today, was a great vaca, really missed the little one, woke her up when we got home last night and gave her all the hugs, haha. I dosed Epidrone like usual on the vaca. Put on 5 lbs of vacation weight, and sure it would have been more without the help. I got one day of lifting in while out but the amount of hiking we did was insane. Last day in San Fran we did over 8 miles walking through the city. Back at work and the gym today, just finishing up the week with chest/tris today and will do back/bis on Friday. Cardio tomorrow and Saturday. Will be starting a new program on Monday and will really be pushing hard. No negative side effects at all yet either

Already dropped a few vaca lbs, lol. Back to eating better and the ol workout grind! Today was cardio, had an awesome tabata ride on the Peleton. 7 miles in 20 mins, close to 400 cals burnt. Also dipping my toes into IF, today was the first day and not as bad as I thought. I felt great actually on the ride, and it was the end of the fasting period, so far so good on that.

Feeling really good being back in the swing here. Just did cardio yesterday but hit up back bis abs and more cardio today. Really digging IF so far as well, especially with epidrone helping keep my strength and endurance up since I workout fasted

Just some cardio today, did a half hour on elliptical plus abs. Then did a ton of yard work, shoveling rocks from back yard to front yard in the wheelbarrow, so extra cardio. Back at the weights tomorrow morning, looks like less than a week left, very pleased with the results so fsr

Back at the weights here today, had a great lifting session. Arms were shaking for a while at the computer afterwards, so you know if was good, haha. Nothing new to report besides feeling good.

Had a great couple games last night, 6-8 with a bomb and a few doubles, played a good shirt too. Felt good to get out there again! Did a ton of running so good cardio. Got in some cardio today on my off day as well

***Final Review***
First off thanks to BPS and their awesome reps for selecting me to run Epidrone. This is my first foray into something stronger than a natty test booster and I was quite pleased with the run! I started at 208, and finished at 208, with some definite tightening up. I feel much leaner than when I started and strength has been up too. ZERO side effects with this at all, which I was a bit worried about at first, but smooth sailing the whole run.

Dosing
So easy, three single pills a day, no fuss no muss. Easy to swallow, zero taste to the pills also

Endurance
I pretty much work out fasted so am always looking for help with that aspect. I was running a lot of high rep stuff during this run, and from the start could feel Epidrone helping me out. I was able to do more weight for more reps, which is always awesome!

Recovery
I feel that Epidrone helped me a lot with this as well. I would do some pretty intense HIIT cardio and I would recover much faster after that, and after weights as well. Really noticeable after my softball game this week. I'd normally be pretty sore the next day after running around that much, especially the first game of the year. Not this time, zero soreness and ready to go

Strength
As stated earlier, I was dropping fat and still able to put up the same weight and then some for my lifts. Especially noticeable during the higher rep stuff that I was doing. Really pleased with being able to keep adding weights while slimming down

Body Comp
My weight stayed right at 208 the whole run (aside from a few lbs gained during vaca that were quickly dropped.) So while staying at 208, i feel tighter, my pants fit a bit looser and I've had my wife comment a few times that I look slimmer, even without the scale moving, so that is amazing.

So with all that said, I can highly recommend Epidrone to anyone thinking about dipping there toes into the non natty market. This would be a great starting point and I'm very happy with my run. Happy to answer any questions about my run as well. Before and after pics below. Before pic on top.
