Thank you BPS, lukehayd & BPS for the opportunity to evaluate and give my opinions on this product. I will be using it as per label instruction, (3) BPS Epidrone taken 6-8 hours apart per day. I will be lifting 4 days per week with cardio done 2-3 days per week, I train fasted in the AM at my home gym. My goal is to loose about 6lbs while maintaining (or possibly gaining) muscle mass. I welcome all (constructive) questions, comments and points of view.

The newest addition to the home gym, a Life Fitness Ab Machine with the help of this, the Epidrone and maybe a sound diet, I might just have some abs to show off around the pool this summer!!

dude you are already looking ripped. this stuff should bring out more muscle fibers and solidity. help you with your endurance I'm thinking but you already have the cat in the bag! in for this

*I tried my stiff leg deadlifts today with a 10lbs plate under the balls of my feet to help me push more through my heels and make my hamstrings and glutes work harder, I'm not sure if it worked or not. I got in a lot of reps today with little rest (all sets Tri-Sets) the Epidrone is really helping with endurance !! I am also down 3lbs already, I am very excited about this!!
