Thanks to cubsfan815 R1balla amd Performax Labs for the opportunity to run and log MassMax XT for 4 weeks. Let me go ahead and clear something up now. Im using this in a very unconventional way...as Ive noticed people saying that there hunger goes through the roof, and Im cutting. Yes...cutting. So Ill be 1600 calories or below with 190-220 protein daily. I will be dosing as it states, 2 pills twice a day with a high protein meal, so Ill take the first dose AM with either a 1.5 scoop shake or some eggs, and the second dose in the evening when my supper usually consist of either 1lb of beef or chicken and a vegetable. Took the first dose tonight with 1.2lbs of grilled chicken and some spinach, basically because Im impatient.

USING A 45,2-10's and 4-5's started the "MILE"
Set of 2, stip one set of 5s, set of 4, strip one set of 5s, set of 8, and continue on, one plate off and double the reps. I did the 64 of 135...but I was done..no way to get the 128 of just the bar. Im a slacker
