Hey guy! I'd like to thank ManimalPatB for choosing me to log this, this is my first ALRI product! I'm going to keep my calories maintenance, volume low, frequency high, and as much cardio as I can put in. My calories to maintain are 3310, this is fine because I'm active throughout the day. I'll be doing this 2 in the morning and one in the afternoon during the week since I work.
I'll be here mostly to tell everyone how it's going, my weight change, and body composition(noodz ). I have another workout log where I post my workouts but in here I'll post my experience while on this.

Weight- 176
Body fat %- 18%(more or less)
Calories- 3310
