Ok, started my cycle this morning 8am w/5mg will be taking another 5mg at 2pm until I get a feel for what sides may come up. Then will increase to 10mg twice a day. 160lbs 18-19% BF. Will be looking to gain ten pounds, and to cut 2% BF. I train for boxing MON. TUE. THUR. Weights are implemented on those day, but not as much as I will FRI. SUN. THUR. at the gym. My normal weight routine is kept at the 8-10 rep range 4 sets usually around 80% 1RM. Besides biceps. I usually go 3 sets 6 reps. Cardio 3 times a week. Plyometrics 3 times a week. Flexibility 5 times a week. Will be implementing a drop set everyday on the main muscle group each day.mixing it up every week. Also will be hitting multiple groups 3 times a week due to the recovery I'll get on cycle.
