Thanks go out to AntM1564 and Performax for choosing me to be one of their loggers for Vasomax, a really nicely formulated pump product. As I mentioned in the app thread and in a pm to antm, I'll be completing a log I've been running for Scivation before I can dedicate a daily logging of this product. I still have roughly 3 weeks remaining of the Xtend Go that I'm logging and even though I'm very familiar by now with the results it provides I don't want to run two logs simultaneously, just not fair to either company. However I did want to get this log up and running and I'll try to get a day or so a week in if I can until I can begin with daily logs of this product.

Received Vasomax today.



And I thought I'd crack it open to see it up close and personal



Decided to give it a first run today. Now for posterity sake I did use Xtend GO and peako2 as is the protocol for my other log. That said I'm very very familiar with how those products react on me by now and therefore feel that although there is overlap of usage for today I can say without a doubt I know exactly how Vasomax worked for me in this workout.

While I do get an unexpected pump from GO, there was a crazy pump receiver today using Vasomax. Peako2 doesn't really effect pump effects and is more for endurance and recovery which doesn't alter any results. That all said

Taste: raspberry lemonade is delicious. It's not like a super tangy lemonade at all, very subtle yet the taste is amazing. Performax nailed the taste.

Mixed with a glass of water and mixed perfectly without sediment.

I didn't really feel anything at first but once I started lifting it was like a switch was flipped and the pump just kept coming.

How you described your first dose is exactly what we all feel as well. It's a longer lasting "fullness" rather than a quick onset pump then diminishing fairly quick.

Yeah and it's not like an aesthetic pump only either. They get full deep and it's like this uncomfortable yet so f'n awesome feeling from the depths of the muscle

This is the eaxact feeling I get when doing drop sets with Vasomax. Try micro drop sets and you'll feel the pump even deeper.

No I talked it over with the scivation guy and he feels it's best I just completely finish their log before hitting this one up. I was hoping to hit a day a week here but he made s great point that one day a week isn't going to give Performax the feedback they're looking for in the overall scheme. So gonna finish that run which should b a cpl more weeks than run this straight for 24 days. Which I'm totally looking forward to bc that one day was so awesome

I will be finishing my Xtend GO log tomorrow. Which means wicked pumps begin on Wednesday. Shoulder day too. Can't wait for the delts to flair like the arms did.

So the log begins. The arm day a few weeks back was a teaser, more for me really bc I was dying everyday to want to hit this up, but had to wait. We'll wait is over.

For this log I'm going to talk about the various aspects of this product. I'm going to try and do a baseline pump vs the Vasomax pump. How I'll do this is simple really. I know myself and know how things work for me. I know the pumps I have gotten from other products and def will be able to compare for myself.

I'll include photos from time to time as well.

Taste is amazing. Raspberry lemonade. Nailed this taste. Mixed perfectly no sediment remains and no granular feel at all.

Today happened to be my heavy ab day.

Zercher holds.
For those unfamiliar. Grab bar like in a zercher squat(resting between bicep and forearms). Partial squat and hold. Keeping abs taut throughout.

50 lbs db per arm. 4x50 paces

This is typically a back trap forearm lift imo but it def works core as well. I play around with my steps really focusing in on ab activity. Abs get torched bad

Ab roller 3x12 with long extended pause last rep

Hip raises 2x20

I normally do about 20 min of stairs but I went too long today. I felt so alpha I just wanted to keep lifting until exhaustion commenced.

By the time the first 4 sets were done I already had a really pronounced delt pump. It only got bigger from there. Almost like a tactition every lift that incorporates a diff head pumped up creating some damn sick cannons.

Traps pump I have to admit was a bit much lol. They just exploded. I've never experienced a trap pump like this before on any of the numerous pump/PWO I've used before. Very cool but a bit uncomfortable at the same time lol. So thankful I did these towards the end of the workout lol

I noticed something I hadn't when I did arms with this. It's the really chill like focus the product gives you. Very clean feeling/ has to be from the huperzine a. But so cool from a pump product.

I took some pics but I suck at selfies esp from the side angles. These pics don't do the pumps I got justice but should still give you an idea.





U can see the traps still pumped at this point which was taken after workout finished. U can also see the vasodilation in the shoulder here. It was like a roadmap most of the day.



Pretty awful pic of me actually. But I gave no abs right now-will be getting them back soon though-a guarantee- but in this pic u can see a bit of ab pump, which speaks to the power of Vasomax about as much as anything I say can.





These last two shots I threw in to show vasodilation once again. So even though I wasn't working arms on their own today the pump and vasodilation still happened. Btw the forearm pictured here is spider like, that web of veins is just nasty and wish I would've taken the pic during workout instead of after. It would've been very colorful to say the least.


Long first post i know. I'm pretty long winded by nature but my early posts are always longer. That said though I just try to be as detailed as I can bc that's,imo, the best way to gauge stuff.

Looking very forward to the rest of this run. Loving it so far though. Tomorrow is leg day, so don't expect to much. I don't typically get crazy leg pumps. And normally I'd skip using a pump product on leg day but it'll be a good test bc like I said normally don't get crazy leg pumps.

The focus in this product is fantastic. I honestly love when I get a product and one of the "gravy" features is so good u can't believe it.

With legs it's kinda tough for me to gauge pump. They get real swole during the session and they did that again today. But what I was shocked at was 3 hrs post workout now and my legs are still pumped big time. That I can tell u is not typical at all for me with pumps.

Lighting in room could b better but hopefully u can still see the crazy pump in quad shot and the stupid swing pump which is weirdly fascinating me right now

Just as I finished the session I took a calf shot as there was a good pump but more so for the vasodilation which although pic doesn't truly show the extent of the veins they can b seen and were nuts.

It's only 3 body parts down using this and I'm sold already. Can wait to see this play out for chest and back and how the pumps r over the duration. But this product has impressed me so much already I'd like to get one of the reps or anyone whose used other Performax products which one I should be definitely doing my research on. As far as other Performax Labs products to try... where should we begin. Alphamax XT is a great all around product to increase free test, reduce cortisol and estrogen, promote lean mass, etc. Many people have ran it and you should find tons of good reviews and mentions of it here. I use the crap out of it lol.

SlinMax is probably the most comprehensive GDA on the market. Great muscle fullness and pumps. The pumps from SlinMax and VasoMax combined would be ridiculous.

Powermax XT can be used like a daily ergogenic aid. It has your creatine, TMG, L-Alanyl L-Glutamine, Taurine, COP, Glycerol etc. It will help with recovery, strength, endurance, hydration, and also helps with pump.

Those are the 3 I use the most. There still HyperMax XT Stimmed preworkout, OxyMax XT stimmed fat burner, and the newest bad boy MassMax XT a natural anabolic. I'll let some others chime in.

Do you have some specific goals coming up?

Legs are looking massive man! Cubsfan covered you pretty well already, but I'll give my input as well. I use a scoop of VasoMax pre-workout every workout, and then depending on what time I'm working out, what day it is, etc, I may add 1/2 a scoop of HyperMax XT to it, which makes the already great pumps even better, and gives you nice focus and energy; I find it's enough for pretty much any workout at any time of the day without needing a ton of stims, since you're only using 1/2 a serving of HyperMax XT, but you also get the Alpha-GPC and huperzine-A for focus from VasoMax, so they compliment eachother well. As cubsfan said, PowerMax XT is a great staple-type supplement, if you're not already taking creatine and betaine, I highly recommend looking into it, as those two ingredients are great for any goal really, and you get other ingredients that are nice like taurine, glycerol, alanylglutamine, etc. I like to take that pre-workout as well, but you can take it any time really, maybe intra-workout to sustain your pumps, endurance, and hydration even farther.

AlphaMax XT is great for body composition as well. The addition of forskolin really helps keeping the fat at a minimum.

My favorite Performax Labs product is probably HyperMax XT. Really nice stim. I do great with only using 3/4 of a scoop. I don't know what to call this exercise:

Stand in 1/2 squat position with arms stretched out above you. Use that to set the bars on the other rack. Load a bar atop the bars of the rack. Put way more weight then you can possibly lift.

Grab the bar get into the half squat position and hold. While holding u r pushing with all your might on the bar trying to lift it. 4 sets failure

1 arm carry. 4x30 paces each side. 65lbs

Pallof with rotation 3x12 22.5

Oblique bend pulley 42.5lbs 3x12

Stairs 5 minutes

My lower back started b1tching at me so I stopped at 5 min

Pump solid abs full. Doesn't seem like body is adapting to it yet so that's a great thing. Really felt the pump strong in the incline db press and the crossover. Tris got a good pump too. I think I got a better pump with them when I used for arm day way back. This could b due to doing the tris after chest, so maybe by the time I got to them today most of the Vasomax was used already on chest. Will monitor this week as I do use multiple body parts per day.

Tomorrow is back bis calves abs prob throw some crunches in there too. We'll see about those though

Having an arm day can definitely attribute to more of a tricep pump since you probably aren't resting as long and your workouts may be shorter. Plus, you can probably go a little heavier since they will not be fatigued from pressing.

Normally this do deads on back day but low back felt a little off so refrained.

Calf work was done exaggeratingly slow

Wasn't really in the mood today. But I got there and had a pretty good workout. Jammed through it in about an hour and change so sweat was profuse fir sure.

This one u can see the front delt pump nicely and the vasodilation shows well too. And if u look behind in the mirror u can see some of the crazy rear delt pump I had today. Kinda down a bit from before but still apparent.

So far I've hit every body part pretty much using high reps and results imo have been very good. Impressed so far. Am going to do a week of heavy work next week 4-6 range to see how the pumps pop in that range.

Not sure what I'll b doing leg wise tomorrow but that's what tomorrow is

I am shot and prob gonna get to bed early tonight. After I spend about a half hour foam rolling though.

As far as the pumps go. It was legs and they were swole, still are actually. Veins were nuts on shins and calves, even got a cpl hanging out on the inner thigh.

Arm veins were crazy too even though I did no arms today

So yeah it still did its job but I really don't care to use a pump product for leg day. I think I'm going to try some sleds, tires and unconventional speed work fir legs next week and see how it works with the Vasomax.

It's a blessing and a curse. It's great that I never have to shave, I just use trimmer with 1.5mm. On the flip side, I want to a beard lol.

Yeah. It's view from other side of the road thing. I usually grow a beard out of sheer laziness, but it fills in so fast u never really have the awkward window of itchiness and where it just doesn't look right. So I end up keeping it until I get fed up. I prefer to b clean shaven though it's just such s pain in the ass to shave in the am abd gave a 5 am shadow by lunch lol. I'll trade.

Insane workout today. I can barely move my arms right now. The pumps on arm day with Vasomax are freaking insanity in powder form.

Veins like ropes all over the place. Deepest pump u can imagine, so deep it hurts to flex. Love it.


I did one of flex lewis' arm workouts today and it was brutal. He says to work with your rep max for each lift but there's no damn way. Well there is a way but that's not the point.
