    About to start a cycle and will log as best as I can and advice is welcome.

    Sup3r 1 elite (90 ct) x1
    Sup3r 1 (60 ct) x1
    Sup3r 4 elite (90 ct) x1
    Sup3r epi elite (120 ct) x3
    Armicare pro (240 ct) x1
    Sup3r pct (240 ct?) x1

    *will be buying kings blood soon*

    Glycobol
    Fish oil
    BCAA

    Dosage:
    4 220 mg for 45 days| all gone after that
    1 220 mg for 45 days| second small bottle:
    440 mg next 15 days| bottle all gone
    Epi 500 mg for 60 days| 1 and 4 are gone after
    60 days, up dosage to 1000 mg for next 60
    days

    In other form
    1 220x 6.5 weeks, 440x 2 weeks
    4 220x6.5 weeks, 0 after
    Epi: 500 x 8.5 weeks, 1000x 8.5 weeks

    Glycobol 2 caps before lunch/ dinner
    Fishoil 3 or 4 caps in the am
    BCAA 4caps post workout

    Armicare half dosage starting ??? At start? 30 days in? 60 days in? 90 days in?

    Kings blood: regular dosage starts 1.5 weeks
    before cycle ends take until gone
    Super pct: regular dosage as soon as cycle
    ends take until gone

    Suggestions on dosage and or pct timing?
    Also armicare? Only have 1 bottle and don't want to get another 1... epi at high dose with 1 and 4 running should not cause alarm for estrogen bombs... and 1 and epi at the same time should be fine and then just high dose of epi should be good???

    I'll try to post every day doing 4 day split:
    Chest
    Back
    Shoulders
    Legs

    Arms/ rear delts 3x week?

    Suggestions/comments/opinions welcome.

    Bench 225 for 6
    Deadlift 315 for doubles
    Squat tbd/ 225 for reps at least

Day 1 starts today, took 220 mg of super 1&4 after waking up, 3 packs of insta oatmeal with milk, Stouffers lasagna for a snack and that's it so far.. weighing in officially at 185 lbs as we speak. Working out at around 5 pm today so I'll take 500mg of epi at around 4:20 pm. Doing legs today stay tuned

    I'm runnin 330 of 1/4 and 500 epi for 30 days then 330 of 1 for 20 days with 750 epi then I'll only have epi left so I'll take 4 epi until 10th week hits, start kings blood week and a half before cycle ends and start super pct day after cycle ends? I'll have epi left over to save which is good

  10. Day 1: legs.. no back pumps or noticeable things so far as expected. Hopefully in 2 weeks but just tryna get legs back into the game. Can't absolutely destroy them yet as I landscape and need my legs to be semi functional... Progress is what we're looking for:

    No noticeable changes yet, although some back tightness towards the end of the night last night.
    Today is Christmas Eve gym closes early and I have to help out for the holiday so don't think I'll make it today or tomorrow cuz it's closed but next day in the gym is back and biceps

  13. Didn't see any mention of a serm (nolva or clomid) in your write up. Do you have those for your PCT?

    *landscaped for 7 hours in 30 degree weather today and it was not fun at all*

    Didn't go to the gym on Christmas or Christmas Eve brings me to day 3 of workouts on day 5

    Supposed to be shoulders but it was a chest/shoulders kinda day.
    Did chest on Friday but it was feeling ready to go so I just hit it on flat and incline.

    Upping dosage of epi to 750 on day 8.. 1 in am, 2 PWO, 1 after
