About to start a cycle and will log as best as I can and advice is welcome.

Sup3r 1 elite (90 ct) x1
Sup3r 1 (60 ct) x1
Sup3r 4 elite (90 ct) x1
Sup3r epi elite (120 ct) x3
Armicare pro (240 ct) x1
Sup3r pct (240 ct?) x1

*will be buying kings blood soon*

Glycobol
Fish oil
BCAA

Dosage:
4 220 mg for 45 days| all gone after that:(
1 220 mg for 45 days| second small bottle:
440 mg next 15 days| bottle all gone :(
Epi 500 mg for 60 days| 1 and 4 are gone after
60 days, up dosage to 1000 mg for next 60
days

In other form
1 220x 6.5 weeks, 440x 2 weeks
4 220x6.5 weeks, 0 after
Epi: 500 x 8.5 weeks, 1000x 8.5 weeks

Glycobol 2 caps before lunch/ dinner
Fishoil 3 or 4 caps in the am
BCAA 4caps post workout

Armicare half dosage starting ??? At start? 30 days in? 60 days in? 90 days in?

Kings blood: regular dosage starts 1.5 weeks
before cycle ends take until gone
Super pct: regular dosage as soon as cycle
ends take until gone

Suggestions on dosage and or pct timing?
Also armicare? Only have 1 bottle and don't want to get another 1... epi at high dose with 1 and 4 running should not cause alarm for estrogen bombs... and 1 and epi at the same time should be fine and then just high dose of epi should be good???

I'll try to post every day doing 4 day split:
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Legs

Arms/ rear delts 3x week?

Suggestions/comments/opinions welcome.

After taking a few weeks off:
Bench 225 for 6
Deadlift 315 for doubles
Squat tbd/ 225 for reps at least

5' 8"
185ish lbs !!!

Day 1 starts today, took 220 mg of super 1&4 after waking up, 3 packs of insta oatmeal with milk, Stouffers lasagna for a snack and that's it so far.. weighing in officially at 185 lbs as we speak. Working out at around 5 pm today so I'll take 500mg of epi at around 4:20 pm. Doing legs today stay tuned

Switching dosage around!!
I'm runnin 330 of 1/4 and 500 epi for 30 days then 330 of 1 for 20 days with 750 epi then I'll only have epi left so I'll take 4 epi until 10th week hits, start kings blood week and a half before cycle ends and start super pct day after cycle ends? I'll have epi left over to save which is good

Day 1: legs.. no back pumps or noticeable things so far as expected. Hopefully in 2 weeks but just tryna get legs back into the game. Can't absolutely destroy them yet as I landscape and need my legs to be semi functional... Progress is what we're looking for:

No noticeable changes yet, although some back tightness towards the end of the night last night.
Today is Christmas Eve gym closes early and I have to help out for the holiday so don't think I'll make it today or tomorrow cuz it's closed but next day in the gym is back and biceps

Didn't see any mention of a serm (nolva or clomid) in your write up. Do you have those for your PCT?

Did chest on Friday but it was feeling ready to go so I just hit it on flat and incline.

Started this cycle about a week ago and noticed that my shoulders have been hurting since this morning. Would fish oil be enough to make the aching go away?

I noticed the same thing but I just doubled my fishoil dose and now I feel like WD-40

Yesterday was day 7

Back pumps were annoying during squats so I had to avoid that. Also went to the gym later than usual so leg press was taken the entire time so I had to alter my workout plan.

Squats
VBAR lat pull down
VBAR seated row
Preacher curls
Side raises
Rear delta raises
Incline dumbbell curls
Machine preacher curls.

Don't quite recall all the stats the day was kinda a free for all **** show.
First time I really experienced back pumps while on cycle. Noticed the aggression st the end of the work day sky rocket as well. Also hunger is up or at least I was starving st 1130 last night. Today will be arms mainly triceps. Feel like I haven't gotten a good pump there in a while. Today I started epi at 750 mg.

80s x 5 or 6 Most weight ever on shoulder press, last was 75s for 7 reps

20s x 10 reps for 7 sets
15s x 10 for 3 sets

Seated machine shoulder press
45s x 10,10,10 with single arms then both arms together
Drop set done three times:

25s x10

Tricep straight bar revers grip pushdown

Rope pushdown

Not sure probs just placebo effect but woke up this morning with a wicked headache that feels like a hangover but I didn't booze yesterday.. maybe just dehydrated idk

I'm not taking pre workout. But tossed a dip in last night for first time on cycle and the nicotine can cause high blood pressure. And armicare was started yesterday morning, taking half dosage from now on

I've been dipping once like every 3 days and I haven't noticed anything. I actually feel better than when i first started. Felt very lethargic yesterday

I felt alittle out of sorts yesterday but still had to make some gainz. Also don't think I'm gunna dip on cycle, more money that could be for supps. Same with booze lol

Seated rear delt raises/flies
9 sets 10 reps of 15lb dbs

Seated military barbell press
95lbs for 10,10,10,8 reps

Seated machine shoulder press
50 lb single arm press then both arms at the same time: 10,10.
Drop set from 50lbs to 25lbs, set of 10,
25s single arms then both, 2 cycles of 20 reps

rear delt fly machine
60lbs 10 reps for 2 sets
50lbs 10 reps for 4 sets

Standing single arm dumbbell side raises
25lbs for 10 reps
20lbs for 10 reps

Single arm dumbbell preacher curl
25s 10 reps 4 sets
20s 10 reps 4 sets
15s 20 reps 2 sets

Incline (seated) alternating
dumbbell curl
20s 10 reps 5 sets

Cable machine-rope attachment-curls

Then swapped to straight bar and did 50lbs for 1 set 10 reps really squeezing th biceps

50lbs both arms 10 reps, 2 sets
30lbs both arms 1set til failure

Good night at the gym. Worked out by myself, put my headphones in and initiated tunnel vision to gainzville. Shoulder side raises were great. Didn't expect to get so many sets with 20lbs. Still waiting for my re*ard strength to come through. Hopefully just another week

Yeah, I'm not looking forward to going to the gym Monday. Might switch up and go before work, which means getting up at 02:00. But it might be worth it.
