First time trying OL products and I very excited based upon AMs reviews

Super pct @ double dose for first week then normal after that. Have 2 bottles

I have a pretty busy life style with my job so I will update daily when possible and my routine for the next couple weeks will be 2on 1 off. That one off day will be at work gym so it will be more of a pump of active recovery day.
Btw I'm going to eat what I want when I want. Most of carbs coming as oats and rice . About 450-550 g
Protein from chicken eggs steak and whatever they serve at work and whey

Fats ----not even gunna lie I don't even count these. LOTS of peanut butter UNorganic some almond butter. Milk( poor mans protein)
Olive oil when I cook and on my salad

Day 1: nothing special. really bad back pumps made back squatting a fail so I only worked up to
Back squat 315x3 335x1
Hack squats 5 x10
Legs press 2x20( back pumps so bad right here)
Leg ext 5x12
Leg curl 5x10
Back ext 3x10 with 90 lbs
GHR- 2x5
Db curls 5x10 couple drop sets

After 3weeks going to up epi to 750. And after a month I was thinking of going to 440 on super 1/4????? Any thoughts fellas?

Guys have run this in the 10-12 week range before. No logs on here that I've seen for that long though. I wouldn't really advise it unless you're going to be getting blood work. The longer you go the more your lipids will suffer. 8 weeks is pretty common and a good range for these compounds IMO.
