    "UNSPONSORED" This isn't going to be the most detailed log out there but I will provide what I can
    First time trying OL products and I very excited based upon AMs reviews

    SUP3R 1 -330/330/330/330/330/330
    SUP3R 4-330/330/330/330/330/330
    SUP3R EPI-500/500/500/500/500/500 PWO (750 if needed)

    Amr1care- half dose
    Fishoil

    Pct- clomid 25/25/12.5/12.5
    Super pct @ double dose for first week then normal after that. Have 2 bottles
    KINGLOOD for pct month one
    M-test for pct month 2

    Starting 183.6
    Bench 225x10 275x1
    Back Squat 315x7 ATG 365x1 ATG
    Front squat 275x1
    DL 420x1
    OHP-175x2

    Goals :::::::::::::::
    Bench 300
    Backs squat. 405
    Front squat 315
    DL 450
    OHP 205
    Weight 200 lb

    I have a pretty busy life style with my job so I will update daily when possible and my routine for the next couple weeks will be 2on 1 off. That one off day will be at work gym so it will be more of a pump of active recovery day.

    Btw I'm going to eat what I want when I want. Most of carbs coming as oats and rice . About 450-550 g
    Protein from chicken eggs steak and whatever they serve at work and whey
    250g
    Fats ----not even gunna lie I don't even count these. LOTS of peanut butter UNorganic some almond butter. Milk( poor mans protein)
    Olive oil when I cook and on my salad

  4. Day 1: nothing special. really bad back pumps made back squatting a fail so I only worked up to
    Back squat 315x3 335x1
    Hack squats 5 x10
    Legs press 2x20( back pumps so bad right here)
    Leg ext 5x12
    Leg curl 5x10
    Back ext 3x10 with 90 lbs
    GHR- 2x5
    Db curls 5x10 couple drop sets

    Played some xbox before gym and my back felt weird so that must have been the beginning of the back pumps. Just naught some taurine How many grams?

    2-4 grams of taurine and lots of water! Very unusual for back pumps to kick in on day one. With me dmz takes about 2-3 weeks before they kick in on me.

    I was caught so off guard I though my back just hurt from the plane ride but then I remembered what I'm taking

    No workout today. On duty so I have watch
    Tomorrow is planned to be Chest and tris (main movement incline bench)
    And Friday will be back and bis (main movement Deadlift) max? Hmmmm
    Saturday I have duty and Christmas will be a quick shoulder and tri workout with lots of booze after that

    Pwo approx 12 or 5 pm

    6pm if workout at 12
    8 pm is workout at 5

    110 super 4
    2 fish oil

  17. After 3weeks going to up epi to 750. And after a month I was thinking of going to 440 on super 1/4????? Any thoughts fellas?

    Guys have run this in the 10-12 week range before. No logs on here that I've seen for that long though. I wouldn't really advise it unless you're going to be getting blood work. The longer you go the more your lipids will suffer. 8 weeks is pretty common and a good range for these compounds IMO.

    Can't afford bloods I'll just stick to 8 or 9 weeks depending on work and what not

    Hammer strength incline bench- 5 sets slow tempo 10-15 reps

    Incline Db bench- 3 sets of 80 lbs @10 reps ( focused on good stretch)
    incline flies-3 sets 15 reps
    Machine flies- 2 sets 10 reps then 20 reps
    Dips x 2 failure
    Db overhead extension - 4 sets 12 reps
    Calf raise- 3 sets of a TON of reps to really get the blood to the muscle and huge stretch. Actually saw my first calf vein today

    Over was an okay day. Was teaching the girl how to squat ATG so I had to put plates under her heels so she could get deep and I had her do 10 sets of 10 squats and 10 sets of deadlifts at 3 reps each
    So I had to bounce back and forth today and couldn't look at This fine booty in front of me today but anyways. 3 days till Christmas and a huge sale at OL. Looking to add to my cycle. Maybe treat from nutriplanet??? What y'all think?

    Overall it was an okay session. Was kinda fried after deads. Kinda wanted to pack it up after that. But I managed some rows and then curls. Forgot to hit calves. Shame on me.

    Had the craziest dream last night. Well actually it was a dream inside a dream!! What's that called? Well anyways I got knocked out by some dude in my dream only to wake up thinking it was a dream but my face was bruised. But that was me waking up in my dream not in real life. And then I smoked some of that stuff u call pot and had a panic attack in my dream as well

  26. DOSING UPDATE: after 2 weeks going to 750 epi and maybe 440 of 1/4 when should I take the epi? All PWO or 1 morning and 3 pwo?

    10 lbs - 6 sets of 20 reps with pinkies up. ( wanted as much blood to the delt as possible)

    Reverse grip strait bar push down superset with side raises (x3)

    90lbs x 20 ---10lbs x40 side raise

    1 set of incline curls cuz I felt like it



    Overall I got a pretty good pump today. I'm not using any pre workout for this cycle. Saving that for post cycle. I think the epi is starting to make me a little more aggressive or maybe it's just the CT Fletcher doc I watched. But it's to early to tell. Triceps were solid AF this morning. A lot harder than usual

    Going to hit some squats tomorrow morning when I get off work at 7 ish then lots of booze at night
