At the ripe age of 28, I feel like my libido isnt what it use to be Don't get me wrong, it's there. Just... not quite where I want it.

Goals: increase libido, strength and "well-being" ~ ashwaganda is in the product.

I just popped three caps with dinner (5pm). Will dose AM/PM as directed on the bottle (breakfast and dinner)

Some know, I have two bulging discs (L2-3 & L4-5) so I'm building back into heavier weights; right now i just started a volume block. I'm still doing rehab (at home, finished PT a week ago) 2-3 times a week, usually before bed. See the chiro as needed as well

Anyhow, I'm on more of a linear progression right now with my accessories being R/P & accumulation sets.

Have been using all of this CONSISTENTLY for months on end. So, I've already identified the benefits of all of the above

I take mine with breakfast. Honestly, I don't know if I notice anything from it. Since I bought bulk powder I'm just dosing it until it's gone. Really hoping it would be beneficial for training/overreaching.

I used it for awhile and during this time I was having serious lack of motivation. It was just one of the things in my stack. So I quit the complete stack and started notice my motivation was back at normal levels. I recently started bacopa up again because it does help with memory, but strong lack of motivation started up again. It does make me tired so I tried dosing in the pm, but I still notice the side setting in the next day.

If you don't notice that side effect I would continue to use it if I were you because it has lots of promise as a noot.

Nothing out of the ordinary.

Workout went real well though.

Front squats 5x5
Lying leg curl 10x3
Tbar row 10x4
Lat pull down R/P 15 total reps
Db row 8x4

I saw some guys who are using the product noticed something within 3-5 days. We shall see...

Linear progression with main movements. (Squat bench dead)

Rest pause with accessories for weak body parts that help with main movements

Accumulation sets for the pump lol

Straight sets with RPE @8 for specific movements

Ideally, I will move full boar back into DUP after I'm physically and mentally comfortable with my back ~ powerlifting specific.

Also, if you don't drink enough water when you take the M TEST you're in for a nice surprise when you burp lol

Haha did you burp up "the smoke"??? HATE when a pill of something gets stuck in my throat and that happens

Ugh something acidic like TUDCA or ALA is the worst.

Curcumin w bioperine gives a nice spicy surprise but it's not so bad.

Bacopa takes a handful of weeks of daily dosing to really shine, so if you're not noticing anything negative from it, I'd stick with it like ELROCK said. It's a nootropic first and foremost IMO.

Yuuup lol

Been using bacopa for 3-4 months now. My recall HAS gotten a little better now that I think about it.

I'll weigh in next Friday in the morning. *Hopefully* by then I'll be noticing some benefits of M TEST!

have you used ksm-66 before? if I dose my 2nd dose of m-test close to bedtime the ksm/macuna puts me out, haven't slept this well in a long time.

Yeah I've been using ashwaganda for 6+ mo. I stop my bulk power anytime a supplement I'm using has ksm-66/ash in it though. No need for the overlap.

Could have been a fluke. We'll see

Nothing as far as libido or increase in aggression. However, my "load" was A LOT larger, took me by surprise actually.

Urination is still frequent.

Two small notes there.
