Im in on this, and if you have any questions about the Epidrone or any other BPS product, let either me or Alpha1agreda know. Were here to help any way we can and try to give the best in customer support! What kind of diet are you running?

Thanks FireTitan. My diet is fairly clean, with low to moderate carbs, higher protein around 200-240 gramsday, lower fat. I may try to bump my fat and carb intake just a little (peanut butter and such) to increase calories. I'm kind of a creature of habit, with the same meal routine daily: protein shake/oatmeal in AM/Protein shake/Almonds at Lunch/ almonds/yogurt/banana/peanut butter after work/chicken-broccoli post workout/protein shake before bed...... And coffee most of the day

Sounds good. At 204lbs X3 a day will be good, but 4 may actually be your sweet spot, but that is entirely up to you of course. One thing I can say is this, whether 2 or 3 a day, I recommend dosing 2 as part of your PWO. I can tag a few others in this that can attest to that

Good to know, I'll probably go ahead and do one in the A.M. and two PWO (I lift at night, so this works). Thanks.

Trying.... Now to get these bird legs to grow (legs have never been my strong point)
I understand that. Lower weight squats by the dozens to build up your stability muscles and balance, then game on

Friday lift...one of my favorites (consumed around 120grams of protein up until this point, but didn't actually have a pre-workout meal like usual)

Decided to take 2 caps Epidrone PWO (total of 4 caps today), along with a PWO (C4-50X; I've been using this for the last 4 years or so)

Super-set Squat and seated Military Press:

Squats (I've set the arms on the squat rack to a height that allows me to be a little under parallel: touch and up):
245X8, 255X6, 265X5, 275X4, 285X3, 295X2, 305X1, 315X1 (definitely my weakest lift, but a work in progress)

Military Press:
145X8, 155X6, 165X5, 175X4, 185X3, 195X2, 205X1 (felt good throughout, strong presses: have recently switched from Smith Machine to Free Weight, and happier with the overall feel of the lift/better pumps)

Then....Super-set Machine lat raises (don't like machines, but have lateral epicondylosis)/Single leg calf raises (DB)/Abs (weighted)

Lat Raises (machine):
145X8, 150X6, 155X5, 160X4, 165X3, 170X2

SL DB calf raises:
80X15, 85X12, 90X10, 95X8, 100X7

Abs: 40lbs
30, 30, 30, 30, 30

Finished up with Straight Bar Curls

Straight Bar Curls: Warm up set
95X8, 105X6, 115X4, 125X3

Weight: 203.9lbs

Overall: Good/solid lifts (likely too early to notice full effects of Epidrone, but overall feeling good); I'm sleeping very well (not sure if others have noticed this, but it is a profound change in "restful sleep"); I'm not quite sure if I will continue 4 caps a day or 3: I could use 3 on off days and 4 on heavier lift days...My main concern is that I don't want to get into a situation of shut down because I have been dosing too high (I've had this happen before, about 10yrs ago, while using some LG science products: killed libido/started to get "sick" catching viruses easier during the cold/flu season)

Saturday lift:

Super-set Bent Over Barbell Rows/Leg Extension (single leg alternating)/Leg Curls (single leg standing/alternating):

Bent Over Rows: Warm Up

245X8, 255X7, 265X5, 275X4, 285X3, 295X2, 305X1

Leg Curls (single leg-standing-alternating):
150X10, 155X8, 155X7, 155X7, 155X6 (unfortunately the weight doesn't go any higher)

Leg Extensions (single leg-alternating):
110X12, 120X10, 130X8, 140X5, 150X3

Then...

Super-set Dumb-bell Jumps/WG pull-ups (body weight)

Dumb-bell Jumps:
100X5, 100X5, 100X3 (ran out of time)

WG pull-ups (1 minute rest between sets):
20, 15, 10, 8, 5, 5, 3 (love pull-ups)

Overall good lift today. Energy levels are good (no big change as of yet). Still sleeping well, so that's great. Sex drive is still good (was never really an issue though). Sticking with 3 caps of Epidrone. Protein intake pre-lift about 100-110 total grams, will shoot for at least 100 grams post lift (a couple of more meals).

Weight 205.4lbs

Sunday Bench Press lift (Only BP tonight): Definitely less distractions on Sun, but also less spotters, so a give and take.

Flat Bench Press:
Warm up-BarX8, 135X8, 185X2, 235X1, 255X1

Active sets:
265X8, 275X6, 285X5, 295X3, 305X2, 315X1 (didn't have a spot, otherwise would have went higher)

Cool downs (these are increased time under tension sets, basically bottom 1/3, top 1/3, bottom 1/3, top 1/3 and middle 1/3)
225-3,3,3,3,3 (all during the same set)

185-5,5,5,5,5 (all during the same set)

135-10,10,10,10,10 (all during the same set)

Overall impression: This was actually a much more intense lift overall than in the past couple of weeks (definitely feeling the positive effects of Epidrone tonight). I took 2 caps of Epidrone pre-lift (will have taken 4 total today). Appetite is great.

Youre putting in some good work my man! The better sleep seems to be a common plus with everyone that's used Epidrone , including myself. The libido should increase, but if you have a heavy stress load, like I do, it might struggle a bit. The worry of shut down should not be a worry. You should have no problem with that at all, but i do like the 3 on no lift days and 4 on lift days. I think that'll work out great. I do recommend you getting a bottle of Sustain Alpha to run as a PCT, even though its not necessarily needed, it will help in the long run. The only other thing I could recommend would be Dermacrine while using the Epidrone. They will really compliment each other, and should yield you some great results, bit thats up to you. If you do decide to try that, let me know and Ill give you my discount code for 15%. Are you running the Epidrone for 1 or 2 bottles? I only ask due to previous logs as well as my own experience. 8 weeks is the sweet spot with it. Remember. If you have any issues or questions, PM me. Ill do what I can for you!

Thanks man, I'll take that into consideration. I'll likely run 6-8 weeks (bought two bottles). At 3 and 4 a day, I'll likely be around 6 weeks. May pick up another bottle if needed to hit 8 weeks.

Saturday, post-call lift:

Super-set Bent-over Barbell Rows/Abs/Iso-lateral lat raises (machine)

Bent-over rows:
WU: bar, 135, 185

245X8, 255X7, 265X6, 275X4, 285X3, 295X3, 305X2, 315X1

Iso-lateral lat raises:
145X8, 150X7, 155X5...a bit of a long rest (reading an article)...160X7, 165X6, 170X4, 175X3, 180X3 (this is about 15lbs more than normal)

Then...

Reverse grip iso-lateral rows
6-45sX8, 6-45s+20X6, 6-45s+40X4, 6-45s+50X2

Overall, a very intense/overall very strong workout...multiple PRs. This was even after minimal sleep and working this AM. I would have stayed longer, but the gym closed. I'll probably throw in some high rep sets on the pull-up bar at home (I'll alternate wide grip/close grip) and throw in some core training (hanging from the pull-up bar). Mood is great today....combination of Epidrone...and...the new Metallica album...Overall great results thus far.

Sunday Bench Press/Squat: I don't generally do two heavy lifts in one night, but was feeling energetic, although a bit short on time.

Flat Bench Press:
Warm up-BarX8, 135X8, 185X2, 235X1, 255X1

Active sets:
265X8, 275X7, 285X6, 295X4, 305X3, 315X1 (kept one in the tank), 330X1 (first set with a spotter, but picked the wrong guy, even though he appeared as though he knew what he was doing, he held onto the bar the whole time... Wasn't happy), 335X1 (different spotter, knew what he was doing).

Cool downs (these are increased time under tension sets, basically bottom 1/3, top 1/3, middle 1/3)

225-5,5,5 (all during the same set)

185-7,7,7 (all during the same set)

135-10,10,10 (all during the same set)

Squats: (ran out of time so, minimal rest between sets)

WU: bar, 135, 185, 225

255X5, 275X5, 295X3, 315X1, 315X1 negative

Overall impression: This is definitely the strongest bench workout I've had since my 20's... Squat is still my weak point, but a work in progress. Appetite great... Sex drive is good as well. 4 caps on lift days and 3 caps on non lift days.

I do appear fuller when I look in the mirror. Truthfully I've increased my fat intake a little to help with mass/energy, so I'm not really trying to slim down. That being said, I am noticing more cuts. Good so far.

Then.. Superset Wide Grip Pull ups/Single Leg Extensions/Single Leg Curls Seated/Abs

Wide Grip Pull ups:

Then..... Static hold at 90 degrees for 20 seconds X4 sets

We have the rock climbing grip pull ups here too, and I love them. Really adds so much more to the exercise. And dont worry about the scale. Keep doing what your doing, maybe youll have a really good surprise when you get back home.
