Thanks to IFORCE and ManimalPatB for selecting me as one of the five AM members, TheSolution, bighulksmash, jayo84, justhere4comm chosen to log FINISH LINE.

Finish Line is marketed as the world's most complete post-workout formula.

Containing 6 grams BCAA, 3.2g Beta Alanine, 2.5g Betaine, 2g L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, 2g Creatine HCL, 1g Magnesium Creatine Chelate, 1.5g Glutamine and 1.5g Alanine.

This formula looks amazing and it appears to me like a great intra-workout or pre-workout addition to your typical pre-workout formulas, but seeing it's marketed as a post-workout, that is exactly how I'm going to use it.

Up until now I've been using Extend BCAA's, intra-and post workout, and 2g glutamine post leg and back day. So having all of these ingredients together along with the other goodies it has within, should be an amazing post-workout experience. Can't wait to get this going.

I'm 41, 182 lbs, 14.9% bf at last check, which I'll update and post pictures later today, or tomorrow. I will be using this product post workout as mentioned. For the entirety of this log I'll be bulking at roughly 3600-4000 calories per day.

The product has not arrived yet, but I'll start posting workouts beginning after today's chest workout and once product arrives will include thoughts etc on an on-going basis.

How long does one of your workouts take bro?
Typically the workouts last between 75-90 min and then cardio. On the first lift of day, major lift I take roughly 2-3 min between sets and for the rest, non supers I take about 45 sec to a min

So today it's been raining all darn day. I have this thing where I get really down on days like this, so just getting motivated to go to the gym was a major task. But I opened up a new bottle of mesomorph, tutti frutti flavor, which I'd only done rocket pop time and again b4, and that got me ready to get to gym. Btw. Flavor is very solid, not as delicious as rocket pop but good nevertheless.

Normally I use mesomorph pre for workouts but on day 6 I go into my stash of samples and use one of those. Today I used kandy krush conquer unleashed. Flavors ok, not my favorite taste but not terrible either, IMO kind of like a semi sweet root beer, idk tho taste buds could've been tainted by the pb I had just ate. Workout energy was good, not mesomorph but nothing really is IMO. Still tho I liked it enough to prob grab one when ol has next sale, will try a diff flavor tho

Finish line arrived today.





Taste: delicious. It's a cherry taste obviously but they made mixed the perfect ratio of line to really create a fantastic tasting blend

Mixes perfectly. Not even that random but sticking to blender bottle side. Lol

Feeling: I'll get into this more during workout report. But this really made me feel a lot better after a really sh1t day where miserable was the password of the day

Woke up today feeling like garbage. Weak as hell, aching joints everywhere. I felt fine when I went to bed last night but I'm hoping this was an anomaly and I haven't caught my mothers cold.

I was planning on doing a new split this week. Chest back was supposed to b today's and Thursday workout but it didn't happen.

My quad is in serious doms today, I know why but it was beyond anticipation so this walk felt like shrapnel ripping my leg apart every step. But amazing enough I felt a little better afterwards and thought I'd hit up those chest lifts

I really struggled getting the 135 for ten and was really feeling like garbage again so that was it

Took finish line afterwards and perhaps it was psychological but almost instantly I felt better, still not myself but just a slightly crappier version compared to the nuclear explosion I was feeling up and down my body before. I'm exhausted but as time is passing I can feel soreness decreasing especially in the quad. It makes you feel quenched and perhaps this hydration is part of what I needed but for a first use after a crappy day I'm really glad it came today, as it definitely helped

Love the finish line so far. The taste is sooo good better second time around. I feel a rejuvenation almost immediately and I'm gonna think once I can really start lifting like I'm used to again this is gonna be a great tool for recovery

Ok I gotta think finish line is helping me recover from whatever the hell's been wrong with me bc I felt much much better today then I have all week. Still not myself but so much better. Breathing in particular was vastly improved. My quad felt better too, so far decided to stick with my plan for leg day and prob wasn't the greatest idea

The finish line just keeps getting better each day. I've noticed that the hydration it provides immediately post workout is unreal. It peps u up and provides u to leave the gym not ready to pass out right away. As I said earlier i def see recovery and that's not even really muscle related at all, so if it can provide recovery like that I really believe it'll help tremendously after consistent use for muscle repair

Had a bit of a relapse this am. Really felt fatigued when I woke up but after a couple of meals, a ton of h20 and an extra scoop of finish line I finally felt up to hitting the gym. It was a very tiring workout, breathing was tough and I did still feel a bit weak as I was going through it but lifts came out great and actually got a new pr in the process

Wow. Today was really sick. I've never felt this much power in a workout and endurance was insane. I almost always leave destroyed and no matter how much I did I still had more to give, finally after 2 hours I just said ok I'm done.

Well guys, yesterday was a rest day and I had a ton of trouble breathing again. Worse than it's been. Ran out of inhaler last night too, so had to crack the nebulizer out of retirement. Woke up same this am. Went to dr and have non viral bronchitis. So no z pack or antibiotics. He gave me a new inhaler and gave me lidocaine shots beneath the scapula to help ease breathing. That hurt like hell btw.

Feel great now but he said I need to take a cpl days off of activities. This sucks so so bad bc I feel good now. Also even when I woke up today and the breathing was awful, it was really weird bc I felt like a beast everywhere else. So ready to crush sh1t and I can't. It's like that old saying that hell is like being in a situation where all your favorite things are right there for you but u just can't do anything at all.

Oh well, I'm gonna take the day per dr orders but I'm not gonna make any guarantees of taking tomorrow off too. We'll see.

Weird thing is it's in the plaza of my gym and I parked in my usual spot and started heading for the gym out of habit lol. Was a bit sad to turn around and head over to the theatre. New jack reacher film was decent if anyone was interested in seeing it.

So I gave it a shot today.

Bench 135x12,185x10,225x6,245-3x5pr
Incline bench
135x12,185x7, 205x3,5,5pr
Incline db fly
30x12,40x10,45x9pr

Dips 3x11
Hanging leg raises 3x17
Ab roller 1x12

Felt greatest benching and hit or tied a pr on all 3 lifts I did. After dips felt tired so went to abs which was a mistake bc my breathing went in the tank after that. Was gonna do 20 min of cardio but thought better of it after.

Finish line, u don't know how u miss something until u go a few days without it. It really throws an extra jump in your post workout step 100% of the time
